We were never served our main course. We had soup and salid bar, one glass of wine. (Soup was very salty, rolls were in the warmer too long and hard along the outside) Waitress kept apologizing for delay, but still no food. Manager never came to the table. We almost missed the show at the nearby theater.

Would not recommend!!
Over priced and the food was mediocre at best. We were a party of 4.
We were there before a show 1-1-26. The menu online that day was NOT the menu presented. When we questioned it, we were told the one online was the December menu and no one changed it to the January one. Due to dietary restrictions there was no entree on the menu that appealed to me while there was one on the menu posted online. We always check online menus before going to a restaurant.
The manager said the chef could make 2 of the entrees of the online menu however, neither was the one I planned on. She said I could just have the soup and salad, which was fine, and said it would be a lesser charge.
We were shocked to see we were charged $38.95 for my soup and salad!!
That's ridiculous! There was no time to even discuss this then as we needed to get to the theater.
The other 3 in our group said their meals were mediocre at best. Steaks were OK, green beans had way too much garlic, and both soups were way too salty.
Definitely not worth what they charge. Yes, its convenient before a show, but that's it.
We have tickets for an upcoming show next month and planned to go to Maestro's before but now definitely will not.

I would first like to say the food was not the issue and it was very good. The service is why I am giving this place such a low rating. Our server Kylee was awful. She was very dismissive and seemed like it was her first day on earth. She forgot many of our requests and was not attentive to any of our needs. We asked to speak to the manager and were told the manager was fired and that they do not have one. The dessert was good but would have been better if we didn’t end up having to wait for our check for 20 minutes after finishing it. Overall, I don’t think my husband and I will be returning due to the service.

The only thing adequate is the soup and salad. The bread is on a request basis only. The main course, sides and desserts all are tasteless, bland and have no flavor. The meal is not worth $200 and will not be going back. We are 3rd year season ticket holders and have watched the quality of the food go steadily down every year.

This was not a good place it was our first and only time my wife was given a glass of water that had lipstick all over it. I mean all over it. The silverware was very tarnished. I felt more like we were at a potluck dinner. Definitely not worth there pricing. I thought we were going to a high class restaurant however it ended up being less than Olive Garden at least they serve breadsticks It was so bad we didn’t stay for dessert even though we still paid for it

So disappointed. My water glass was covered with lipstick. My meal was horrible. This was supposed to be fine dining? So upset we left not staying for the show. What a disaster! Food prepared in 10 minutes? What? It was just so bad. You serve yourself soup/pasta? Are you kidding me? Never again.

I’m conflicted about my rating on this establishment because I frequently visit the Straz and I really enjoy the convenience of being able to dine onsite. Unfortunately the food is nothing to write home about. Not bad, not special- just average food, which is disappointing considering the price point.
I sure wish they’d offer a salad soup only option (without the entree). I really appreciated that the server explained
which items are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free. The only thing that I flat out thought was not good was the coffee. Weak brew and not served hot enough. You’ve gotta have great coffee when you’re serving desserts with every meal. And especially when you are charging an additional four bucks for it!
I love and support the Sttaz and the performing arts, but this is not a place that I would choose first if there were other alternatives within a block or two of the theater.
With the construction Happening at the Straz, my hope is the restaurant will get a bit of a makeover, refreshing their offerings,
decor and especially the lighting. They need a more modern vibe to attract the younger generations. The best thing about Maestros, aside from the location is the servers! Excellent service Model, if only the food and the overall dining experience could match the level of service I would come here before every show.

We tried their buffet on Easter Sunday, it was pretty good with a good selection. From shrimp, oysters, lobster bisque, prime rib to salmon, rice, salad, and dessert. The service was great, the mimosas were okay.

Premade buffet. Not the menu or service listed on their website. Like a low quality cruise buffet. Drinks are far more expensive than surrounding restaurants. Don’t recommend.
