Very disappointed! I’ve been coming to your restaurant for years and we visited last Saturday afternoon and was very disappointed! When I made the reservation, I tried to make the reservation for 6 o’clock and the online reservation said there was no reservations left for 6 o’clock, so I had to take a 530 reservation. When I got there, there were a lot of tables empty and no waiting so there was no reason why I could not get a 6 o’clock reservation. I immediately noticed the atmosphere was different. No Low lighting ambience. When the waiter came over, he brought back not Italian bread, but square rolls with butter over the top on a plate. I asked for olive oil and balsamic with the spices and Italian bread and he. Shared with me that you don’t do that anymore. I asked for soup he shares with me that they do not have soup on the menu anymore and that everything is à la carte. So let me get this straight.
No low lighting no background Italian music. No Italian bread and no soup. If you are going to have an Italian restaurant, it would be my suggestion that you don’t take the Italian out of the restaurant. I was there for a birthday party and my bill came out to $107 and we didn’t get salad, Italian bread, or soup, we just received the main course and the main course was $28 per entrée and up.
Very disappointed. I traveled from Hudson Florida an hour when I could have just went to Carrabba’s or Olive Garden and got better. I will never return to Maggiano’s Italian Grill again.

Did the family style for 4 and the appetizers were great but the main courses were very disappointing. The shrimp was dry, the eggplant way over cooked and no taste. Our server was wonderful.

So I am a content creator, and I came to this restaurant to produce a video about it. And I had the manager called Luisa telling me that I could not record the video for some reason even if I was hired to produce the video for another company that probably were hired for the restaurant.
I could be very nice about my review, but I’m just gonna be honest because I really felt very uncomfortable. By the way she treated me even if I was here to contribute with the restaurant much more than just a customer. And I even asked her. Would you prefer me to go online and just tell how you’re treating me then create a very good content about your restaurant and she was like I don’t care., very rude!
Anyways, let’s talk about the food because that’s what really matters I ordered the stuffed mushrooms. It was very good. There’s no way you can do something wrong with mushrooms and I ordered the chef kb’s lobster carbonara, and to be honest it needed a lot more flavor, it actually tasted like nothing. I know you should put salt and pepper and the Parmesan yourself, but the food needs to taste something, and there was no flavor at all.
In my opinion, it’s a fine restaurant and it should have better service and that that’s all!

Food was great until I bit into a piece of glass (part of the plate) tonight as we celebrated a graduation. I was so grossed out and embarrassed. I will not be back for sure:(

We held our daughter’s college graduation linch in a private dining room. Everything beautiful the service was above and beyond. They even made a customer menu for her event. The food was fantastic and everyone left happy and full. We couldn’t have chosen a better place.

I had a wonderful first experience. My fiance and I came here celebrating his birthday. The service was a 10/10 the food 10/10. My waitress/bartender was Mr.Eli. he was so amazing very knowledgeable made our experience so great. Eli had amazing customer service, he was very attentive. The manager Mr Derek was absolutely amazing too. He was very friendly good conversation. He checks on his guest and I truly enjoyed the customer service here. I recommend and definitely will be back. Thank you for the amazing experience.
