From the moment we walked into Maggiano's, the host was warm and welcoming. Our server was attentive, friendly, and very informative. The service overall was excellent, and we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place!

The food is very good not a really big menu, but it does have great choices They are too efficient !! we (2 of us) had a 6:30 reservation and the service was so spot on. very quick, don't assume that because they are busy it will take longer for your food to be served because that is not true the meal was served very quickly We enjoyed cocktails, apps, entrees and dessert and paid our bill @ 7:34 ! 1 hour I suggest if you want to spend a bit of time together hesitate on ordering :)

Food was great. We had Steak medallions, Chicken fettucine, and mushroom ravioli, Maggiano's salad and an appetizer of zucchini fritte. No complaints. Server was Brooke and she was excellent. Will return in near future.

 places is great we go there often. Only problem we have this time our server have a big party and she kinda ignore us which led to forgetting meat in my Husband dish then we wait forever to bring that dish back.

The service here was really good. We got the family meal so that meant that we're receiving multiple portions of food and multiple orders. They were very professional about taking our food so we can enjoy the next course. They really focused on Service and the portions were really good so we could take food home .
The service and food was fantastic..Never had a bad time at Maggianos! Ian our server was on point and very friendly..

We went to celebrate Mother's Day upon arrival we were informed they were running behind on tables about 10-15 minutes it took 45 minutes from our reservation time to be seated. While we were waiting out side many people informed us they were leaving due to the wait time for food. Once we got in and sat down we were told it was now a prefixed menu and that it was family style because they weren't prepared for all the people who came. Our waitress Juliana she was trying so hard to work with what was given but at the end of the day the kitchen continued to run out of items. We only got 2 types of the three desserts that were offered. One of our plates of chicken parm was filled with 4 cutlets whilst the second plate we received had one cutlet cut into four pieces, we were informed the kitchen had ran out. After asking for a manager Darnell came over and assisted us in explanation with why the night took a change for the worst for everyone in the building it was due to poor management skills from Carl and Louisa who not only allowed a banquet to be hosted on a holiday also did not turn off the uber machines therefore overwhelming the kitchen and causing a shortage in meals and a longer wait time for food.

We have eaten here several times and always had a great experience, but this Mothers Day was a really rough experience. It seemed like perhaps just an off night for the restaurant in general, and it likely will not keep me from going back, but it probably falls under my top 5 worst restaurant experiences ever.

Waiter was great. Food took a really long time to come out as it was ready, not all at once. Better prep needed on Maggianos side to handle the amount of customers. Maggianos in Garden City NY blows this one away.

Went for Mother's Day lunch, which we have done for many years. This year they had a required pre fix “family style experience” that was not mentioned when I made the reservation. There were no other menu choices, so we had to go with it. Our server was excellent and the food that actually came was good, but WAY too much food for three people, and again... you had no choice. The kitchen backed up an we waited a very long time, which was eventually too much for my 88 year old mother. We ended up leaving with our uneaten food, which materialized as soon as we told our server we wanted to leave. I'm not interested in leaving a restaurant with four bags of uneaten food. We went there for Mother's Day lunch and let extremely disappointed. I paid full price and took care of our server, but I will definitely not go back.
