Food quality was not good at all. Changed recipes not for the better. Will not be going back. Cutting quality to save money not a good move.
We visited the Tampa location on Easter Sunday and not only was the service excellent but the food was delicious.
We were a table of eight. Two of us received very hot food and the rest us received less than warm food. The server and manager were very accommodating and brought us fresh hot food. Some of us were disappointed that angel hair pasta was no longer an option on the menu. Other than that, we had no issues. The server was very good!
The server left for the night and forgot to bring our food. When the food came, the plates were so hot that our daughters burned their arms on the plates.
Very disappointed with new enhanced menu changes. Bring back Mom's Lasagna and old chicken Marcella recipes. We have been customers for many years and these 2 dishes have always been our go to order. The dishes are what we ordered tonight however they were not what we loved. These enhanced recipes added about $8 to each meal and portions were probably smaller. The taste does not make us want to drive the distance to come nor did we get the take home meals we usually buy. We let server know we were disappointed and he had manager stop by both offered a different plate and manager even offered free dessert. We said no thanks we went for our go to Maggiano's order and left with a much higher than expected check.
Beautiful setting. Food was top notch. Service was great. Definitely will go back. Price was fair for 2 people.
Everything we ordered was excellent. Service was quick and efficient. Worth a drive to Tampa.
The is one of the best Tampa restaurants for large groups. Food is consistently good and reasonable prices. While they no longer offer unlimited refills on their family style meals, we still think the portions are generous. Noise is the only issue on the restaurant; it's almost impossible to hear.
Not a fan of the newer menu.

Terrible experience today. Waited long time to be seated, waited long time to get our food and when food was finally served, shrimp was overcooked and chicken was not fresh. Never going back again. Quality of the food doesn’t agree with what you pay. Disappointed.

I used to really like this place for the taste, take home a meal and amazing food. Went again after a year and was disappointed in the food. It was just average and could have had the same thing from Chili's, so it doesn't justify the price. I had a big group and it was cramped bumping chair with other guests. We had gift cards with promotional cards that expired just 3 months after receiving it. Last year I would have given them to stars, but not just 3...

Family style went up to 50$ and the choices are awful. Also your prices are high Wowzer. Won’t be returning!
Went to a fisher investments dinner. The room was something out of the 1970’s. The decor was literally one picture in the entire room. The bread was warm and soft, like a pillsbury biscuit (not good for an Italian restaurant. The Cesar dressing tasted like it came from a bottle. The filet was very well done after being told we could only get medium. Literally not a shred of pink. The service was rough, not a single smile or thank you. Nope. Didn’t hit .

Overall I thought it was terrible. The people working were unprofessional and when the manager got involved she was rude and very short without offerings solutions to any problems. I won’t be going back
