First, the service was great. Our server was attentive and positive. The salads were great. The calamari was disgusting and looked like it came from the dollar store. The main dishes including Lasagna, beef medallions (over cooked), and alfredo were all BLAND and tasteless. The fish dish was also disgusting and stale.

Good experience with fusion Italian food when at the Tampa Bay Area. We went for an afternoon work dinner, to find this place very busy and noisy. Hence we had to take a seat outside, and then the service became lousy. The food was good, but cannot be termed as super tasty. However the cocktails were nice and went well with the Italian dishes.

Food is always amazing here and I love it there ! Love the Dean Martin music they play too! My last experience though was with server Alex and he was honestly the worst server I’ve had here. I’ll say he was really nice ! But he doesn’t know how to serve lol silverware was not given to us. Drinks would take forever because he’d forget. We’d ask him for something and he’d say “let me go check!” And never come back. Honestly made the experience unenjoyable but the food is so good I’ll return!!

My family and I are regulars. We love Ed. The best server ever. We had the fried zucchini for a appetizer. Two chicken Parmesan dinners and the Chicken Marsala. Out of this world. No room for desert. I'm only giving 4 stars because the lady bar maid was slicing limes with out gloves on?. We are so glad you are staying while they remodel the mall.☺️

I'm so glad we discovered Maggiano's. If ever you're in the mood for some excellent Italian food, you've come to the right place. Starting with their bread and olive oil dip, everything we've had is great. They are also very accommodating. A menu item had changed, and the substitute didn't exactly sit well with my wife. They willingly took her order back and prepared the old item which my wife loved. Their desserts are also to notch. The only thing I'm not a fan of is having to order and pay up front at the register, but they do bring the food out after it's prepared.Highly recommended!

This is the first time I dined at Maggiano's Little Italy! The food was beyond delicious & my server was amazing & attentive! The restaurant was crowded because of celebration for graduates! I was pleasantly surprised that I was seated immediately! The warm loaf of bread brought to the table was delicious with the olive oil & balsamic vinegar for dipping! I am very impressed with this great restaurant & hope to return very soon!!Dietary restrictions: The server asked me if I had any dietary restrictions when he came to table to bring menu!Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker & I didn't have any problem walking from hostess area to table. The aisles are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.
