I went with a big dinner party recently and I was hoping this food would live up to the name. Supposedly there is a Dominican cook in the kitchen well maybe cause I went on a Sunday she had off cause the whole snapper fish I had was tasteless! The presentation of it was just here! The way they cooked my yucca fries I was disappointed! My family also ordered drinks that we took back a few times because it was bad. They need a whole new menu and a real Spanish cook!

Parking: I would like to warn everyone that goes to this restaurant. There are multiple restaurants/bars all right next to each other. Last night when I arrived it was very busy. I found parking where I could thinking this entire area just shares parking with each other. That was a big mistake. When the restaurant next door closed, I was at another restaurant. My vehicle was towed away. It cost me $180.00 and a lot of aggravation to get it back. I can't understand why someone would think it's reasonable to tow away my car from what appears to be a shared parking lot. This appears to be a complete scam so I want to warn as many people as a I can, so it doesn't happen to you. I will never go back to any of these restaurants/establishments.

The food was FANTASTIC. However, be prepared to spend minimum 3-4 hours here. Showed up around 8 and left at 12. They weren’t busy so they couldn’t blame that, had to wait an hour and a half for an appetizer, never got a refill on our drinks (even water), had to wait 2 hours to get the entrees and then they didn’t even bring everything. But there wasn’t a way to ask the waitress because you only saw her once every 45 minutes. Oh and the security? Jokes. Had to step outside for a moment and then they tried to charge an additional $20 and get pat down? Just to pay my bill? And there was absolutely no way to communicate with them neither of us knew the others language.

I paid the cover and went to the bar. Half of the bar is missing chairs so I asked the bartender if there’s any more chairs and they’re like no because the bar’s not supposed to have chairs even though the other half of the bar had chairs with people sitting on it. I guess they expect people to just stand up at the bar.
I sat down at a empty table with four chairs because the majority of the place is empty anyways (I didn’t think it would be a problem) and a few minutes later the hostess essentially accuse me of stealing chairs from the bar and takes a chair away puts it in the bar then the bartender tells her that no chairs need to be at the bar and she didn’t even apologize.
Only to have another gentleman a few minutes later tell me that I would have to get up from the table in a few minutes because this reserved even though the table did not have a reserved sign on it.
I think I only lasted 20 minutes and I left the place.

They were rude!!! So impatient. I was scared they would do something to my food. I decided never to go again.

terrible experience, got seated asked for 2 drinks and 2 waters. never got either. after 45 minutes i asked to get placed at the bar in hopes for better service, and they failed me aswell. asked for a hookah at 9pm left at 11 and never got it. asked multiple times for it and they continued to say it’s on the way but it never was. to top it off i ordered 2 drinks with my original waiter, they eventually did come. when i closed my tab my total was 31.50, i ordered these same 2 drinks at the bar and my total was 36.50. i didn’t have the energy to press the bartender over 5$ after having such bad service i was ready to lose it all so i chose to pay and walk out instead. i’ll never return.

10/10 WORST experience! First I called ahead for bottle service when I got there no bottle service provided ordered a drink with the waitress and after 20 minutes I said no problem and moved to the bar. Ordered a casamigos with soda water and lime I saw the bartender pour a well liquor when I asked him what he served me he said they don’t have casamigos only resposado my friend said we will have Don Julio. I got my bill and charged for casamigos not knowing it was the same price I questioned the bill. The bartender pulls out casamigos resposado and says that’s what he served me. NEGATIVE. At that point i just threw the 32 plus tip. The waitress was rude and very unresponsive, the gentlemen in charge that asked me what was wrong after observing his waitress I just said I think she is confused as he was observing the same behavior. Overall a horrible experience!

The food and drinks aren’t great. The restaurant itself is nice.
The music was way too loud too early in the evening we asked for an appetizer and it never came until our dinner came it was very dry and Hard it took 45 minutes from the time we ordered until our food arrived. Everyone had steak except for me and everyone was sick to their stomach the next morningThe amount of money that I have paid with gratuity included on the food quality was not worth it. I normally don’t leave Google reviews like this, but it was not worth $100 for appetizers and it’s funny because my friend and her boyfriend bought an extra appetizer plus an entrée and two extra alcoholic beverages and their bill was only $14 more than mine that definitely did not sit well with me it’s really sad because it’s a new restaurant and I really wanted to give them a try. And one last thing while we were having Dinner a woman was allowed to come in wearing lingerie. I would be shocked. This is supposed to be a family restaurant. I definitely did not want to see that there is a time and place for that is not it I love trying new places, but I definitely will not be back. Pal Campo next door has no competition.

On Saturday the 18th my family and I went to dinner at Mamajuana café, we sat for 3 hours waiting for the food, we ordered a starter and they brought it to us within 1 hour. The food was disastrous, we ordered churrasco and they brought us Ribeye, cold and very hard, the food was bad, the fried plantains were cold. I know the place is a club type, but the music is so loud that you can't even talk, it's too loud. Totally I don't plan to return,

Decided to cancel the order seeing that it was close to midnight. We asked for the manager twice he/she never came. Poor customer service, Probably won’t come back

"This place was a huge disappointment. We had a reservation and still waited 30 minutes to be seated. Then, we waited another 40 minutes for a server to approach the table. To make matters worse, they brought us warm beers with glasses of ice. Yes, you read that right—WARM BEER for a Dominican group! We ended up paying for the other drinks we had and left. This place was a big disappointment.
