We recently celebrated my mom's 80th birthday at MamaJuana Cafe, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and truly went above and beyond to make the occasion special. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy--ideal for a milestone celebration. The table setups were beautiful, and they even accommodated some custom touches we requested along with music. The food was outstanding: every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and served promptly. Our guests are still raving about the food/location. What really stood out was the service. The team was attentive without being intrusive, and they handled everything with grace and professionalism. It felt like they genuinely cared about making the day memorable for my mom, and they succeeded. If you're looking for a place to host a meaningful celebration, I wholeheartedly recommend MamaJuana Cafe. They helped us create a moment we'll cherish forever. Big shout out to Miguel and crew. So disappointed at this place. I've been coming here for past 4 years and had an amazing experience. Yesterday 8/29/25 was the worst ever. I made reservations and received a text confirmation for 10 ppl and drove 1-1/2 hours and came to find out there was no one there. Door was open but not open for business. My family came down to celebrate my daughter's 20th bday and it was ruined . No one answering the phone which is frustrating because the owner could've have left out going messages saying they were closed.

WARNING!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST! I called this place more than 30 times and not one person answered. Once we get to the restaurant not one person greeted us, no customer service what so ever. Once they sit us it took them forever to come. Once they asked for our order they had nothing avaliable! I mean nothing! All they had was Pepsi and lemonade. No steak no nothing! Do yourselves a favor and dont go there. Drive right across and go to PAL CAMPO!! The only thing good about this place is the wall they have for pictures.

The worst experience ever stay away from this place! I had a reservation for 5pm for my daughter’s 20th birthday. I got there at 4:30 they sat me and my family down we ordered the food and am appetizer we waited over and hour with no food.. the waitress proceeded to tell me she was working alone and didn’t have any help. The Birthday Cake stayed on the counter for like 40 mins before I mentioned that it was still sitting out and not in the fridge! When we did get the food it was 2 hours later. We decided to take the cake home to sing happy birthday. When I got the bill they had charged me full price for everything and no comps for the inconvenience. I was old them to remove my moms food because she didn’t eat it when they removed it they added the lemonade that was supposed to to be on the house!

The exterior reflects poor maintenance, and the landscaping appears careless. This gives the impression that the interior may be in similar condition, which makes me immediately lose interest.
Came with my family on a Friday, it was not that busy when we got there it was I saw a family and a party going on. First things first if I am going to a Hispanic restaurant I am expecting salsa, merengue, bachata music to be playing. One of the customers got on stage and changed the music to Sexxy Red, Glorilla, etc. I know that their was a birthday going on which we were fine at first but the music selection got very over whelming for us and it did not help the food was not great. The beans had a spoiled smell to it, the rice was hard with no salt, the salmon still had the skin on it, and the chicken tenders were plain. Putting those two factors together we wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Our waitress Maria (She told us to say La Colombiana when leaving a review) was very sweet to us and when I asked for the check she noticed we were not happy and asked if she could do anything for us and what was wrong. I explained we were feeling overwhelmed with the music and we do not want to ruin a birthday party, Maria changed the music and told us before she got the check for us she would like our last few minutes to be enjoyable. Love her biggest sweetie!
Overall I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Came in for a friends birthday and had a horrible time in all aspects. The birthday girl was apologizing to use for having chosen this place.
We came in as a large group with a reservation at 8:30pm. By the time we were seated it was past 9pm. We ordered pretty quickly but the waiter did not take our drink order because she said she would be right back after she put in the food order due to delays. However she never came back for our drinks we had to remind her and she took an extra 30 minutes after that to bring them out. About an hour and a half to get drinks.
Now let’s talk about the food… horrible. I got a dish with shrimp they were extremely over cooked just rubbery and hard. The pasta was over cooked in my dish and it looked nothing like the pictured menu. Our medium rare steaks looked more like well done. The salad was not topped with dressing but instead dressing with a sprinkle of lettuce. After two hours waiting some people in our group still hadn’t gotten their food.
The restaurant was also not clean we went to the bathroom and all 6 stalls had no paper and when we asked for paper instead of putting it in the holders it was just left on top to be tampered with by anyone.

So i was told not to come here, but I figure to give it a try, I was told this place takes forever, I usually never put places on blast, people need to stay far away. Service sucks, food was terrible, ordered a medium rare steak came out well done. I was told that was medium rare, waited 45 minutes to get my drinks and about an 1 hour and half later to get my food it was about 2 hours and most of my party didn't even receive their food. This place wasn't even busy or even packed, in matter of face it was dead. Overall I wouldn't even feed this food to my dogs. STAY FAR AWAY.
