This is our first experience with mama‘s kitchen, we just moved to Tampa. I have to say that the customer service was very exceptional. In a world that rarely has it anymore, I want to give recognition and appreciative to Vicky, Teddy, and Katerina, Very friendly, very personable, and the customer service level that I miss. Second time we order through Uber Eats, same order, 2 orders of French Toasr with bacon. What do I get, a club sandwich the first time and now only 1 order of the French toast. I don't care about a refund or the money, what I care about is eating breakfast before heading to work. So thanks for messing up my order for a second time. Oh, and it wasn't the Uber Eats driver, this was all on the restaurant. Do better.
