I’m not here to drive down your stars. Please change your bartender at nights. Not sure of her name but it’s not important because I’m sure I’m not the first guest to complain. I didn’t ask her about the charge on my bill because of the way she was treating other guests . Glad I didn’t because I was able to hear her rude response all the way at the front desk. Please re train her or put her in the back where she doesn’t interact with guests.Also to her comment on the bartender before her (that used all of the olive juice), that apparently he is “on the spectrum”, shame on you! So is my son and I can guarantee his IQ is double yours BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, he would not complain about such a mediocre, meaningless job as bartending. Do better!

Gina did a great job with dinner advice and drinks, like she does every time! Also a great personality and sparkling smile makes you feel warm inside about being here even during a hurricane warning!!!

A little recommendation….while attending the concert last night (8/10/23) at Mid-Florida Amphitheater we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brandon. We are Hilton people so staying at their family of hotels is always our first choice. But I have to tell you, this Embassy Suites takes customer service to the next level. From Matthew who checked us in, to Gina the bartender, to Mike and Millie who made our breakfast, to Chad the General Manager, they did not miss one opportunity to make sure we were completely satisfied. A bonus was that the hotel was a $12 Uber ride to the Amphitheater. If you can swing it, stay here when your attend your next concert.

Good food in relaxed atmosphere. It’s in the Embassy Suites so very convenient to our hotel next door. We had dinner and drinks both nights we stayed there. Food was good and reasonably priced. Gina was our bartender/server the second night. She did a great job. Sandwiches, salads and burgers were all very good.

Gina was a fast and friendly bartender, AJ the Chef made the most delicious margarita flatbread, and Gerald the manager came out and was friendly while checking on you.

Though the menu is limited, every dish we've ordered has been delicious. The salmon entree and cuban sandwich are top rate.

Walk right up to the bar or you'll sit waiting...the chef and the bartender take your orders individually. A bit pricy, but its in the hotel so...however the food is excellent!

Waiter never came back to refill drinks the menu is very limited.
