This was a nice experience!! The wait was a little longer than expected. The food was delicious though. The biscuits were good fluffy and tasty.

Shantia was absolutely the best part (besides the food)!!! The wait wasn’t too long and was worth it when the food came out. It wasn’t too busy and the homestyle biscuits were fantastic!

Ordered breakfast online as the store was opening, got there with about 5 others waiting before me. Staff was polite, enthusiastic, and well received. All the food we ordered was piping hot, tasted amazing, and filled us up then some. First experience here, will be back.

I had the hash bowl, with cheddar cheese and no bagel seasoning. Absolutely delicious! The staff were very nice and chatty (in a good way). Definitely recommend this restaurant.

I just had a terrible experience at your restaurant with an incredibly rude staff of 4 including your manager. Zero apologies or acknowledgment. I’m so disappointed

We have been going for over 2 years and I loved the sausage gravy on the Five and Dime meal. Well they changed it to mushroom gravy and it just tates cheap. Since that was all I liked there, I guess they are off my list. I do hope others like it, but we do not. It seemed other items changed also. Not a fan.

Service today was incredible terrible ! It’s a shame that the food is amazing but if the same staff working there today 10/06/2025 I will turn back around.
They didn’t open the outdoor seating and we were locked outside and had to walk around the entire building to get in and it took them over an hour to open the side door because it was inconvenient for the staff member to walk around the entire building but when we mentioned twice that we are getting locked outside the two young ladies did nothing to unlock the door .
The manager on staff got the brunt of the frustration but he recovered beautifully and provided service. Please do not come to work if you’re not willing to provide at least mediocre service. Will be driving to Brandon’s location going forward that is 30 extra minutes rather than receive this service again . The food was 10/10 as always . Thank you to the manager for helping us and the cooks for the amazing food !

Food was great, HOWEVER, for the prices y'all charge? $12.99 for a power bowl that had 2 eggs, a few mushrooms and some other items? Not only that, your chicken biscuit sandwich is like 10% bigger than a chickfila chicken biscuit, but double the price. Very disappointed.

The food is Amazing,it was out last day in Tampa so I googled a few places and they had the best reviews and every review was 100% correct...Food Amazing, the workers and atmosphere was amazing we're fans for life...thank you staff

I used to eat here . They used to have a menu worth eating off of. Now the menu is simplified. If you was basic and consistent I'd say go to chick fila and not spend 15 on a sandwich
