Was trying to find some deals on some pizza. called different pizza spots around town and called this Marcos. The manager his name was Jesse, answered. Very polite, helpful, and professional. I used to order out at macdill afb, there was a Marcos but has closed down. If you are on macdill afb definitely stop by here. Gave me nice hot pizza when I arrived and helped me apply a coupon to my order. The manage Jesse was great and will definitely be coming back to him and this establishment!

Just moved to the area. Never had a problem with Marcos. Store says it closes at 11. Ordered online at 9:52, promise time was 10:22. Started calling at 10:40. No one answered. Gave up at 11:00. They sure took my money without any problem. Should have gone to West Shore Pizza.Update: I reached out on the store’s Facebook as suggested by the owner below. I called the store and spoke with the store manager twice regarding the undelivered items. They offered store credit and I requested a full refund. 5 business days no refund has been issued. No effort has been made to correct the issue.

The Marco's app has improved in the last few months with more intuitive choices and the better review of your order in the checkout experience. From the email you can go directly to the order and then the checkout will apply the discount from the email automatically. The ultimate magnifico is great with a thin crust.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. The very 1st order from here was wrong, fast forward to today and decided to give them another shot. Missing sauces: hot honey for the hot honey pepperoni pizza and icing for the cinna squares. I call and they say they don't have any icing - someone should have told me - the excuse I got was I ordered online! And, the pizza wasn't even sliced! Two strikes and they're not getting a third opportunity! The only positive was that the delivery guy was polite. Go elsewhere and save your time and money!

The absolute worst pizza experience and we used to love Marcos. The pizza was delivered an hour and ten minutes past the promised time and they called to say they were out of lettuce and they were replacing the salad with wings - which we were fine with. When the pizza was finally delivered, one pie was completely burnt and crisp and the White Cheesy was unrecognizable and completely doughy. We received the salad but the lettuce was brown. Such a disappointment :(There’s no where to complete a form online on Marcos corporate website.

The third time I was told it was cancelled. No apology or anything. I’ve ordered multiple times before. I don’t think I’ll ever order again.
