I went to their door at 10:30 and the door was locked even tho the hours say they are open till 11. They wouldn’t even come to the door and practically ignored me. I went around the corner literally to Thomas ps, and they were happy to make me a pizza at 10:35 pm. Very unprofessional

I usually like ordering from Marco's but this past incident totally grossed me out.
on Saturday, I ordered and paid online for pick up at the Citrus Park location.
I walked in the cashier greeted me and I replied. she confirm if I had an online order and I said yes. As she proceeded to walk closer to the register to pull up my order, I noticed she was wearing her mask below her chin. That did not bother me.
