Love Marcos but it’s been a hot or miss. This time there was no sauce on the pizza. Pretty much cheese and bread. I’ve had this issue before so I didn’t even bother returning it. Please fix it you guys. I love your pizza.

So frustrated at not getting the cauliflower pizza done correctly. Doesn't matter if I call it in, order online, never right. Ordered tonight online and ordered light based cheese, of course it came looking like EXTRA cheese and hardly any ground beef on it at all. Tired of calling to complain. The one time it was right was because I talked to the manager who had a credit for me for the wrong pizza last time and she took the order and said she'd make sure it was right. Why should I have to do that every single time? I did it online so as to have clear ingredients listed and no one could take the order down wrong. Doesn't matter. We decided we just won't go back. Just too tiring to eat the wrong pizza every single time.

Marco's has been going downhill for some time now. My latest order of wings with NO sauce, arrived absolutely drenched in a pool of sauce. My Italiano was completely dry, no oil, no mayo (requested), and thier sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller. Probably my last order.

Ms. Haley and all the employees at this location are always professional, service-oriented and always greet you with contagious smiles . The pizza is awesome and my family buys 2 or 3 times monthly!!I I highly recommend this Marco’s location.

What’s the point of telling me to let you know I’m here for curb side if they don’t bring you your food, then when you go inside they just stare at you and laugh, such a waste of time!!!

Our favorite place to get pizza weekly. I’m Originally from NYC, and my kids are picky about the pizza. We love it here. Yes we have tried all the famous pizzas in Tampa as well. Customer service is always good. Today we met Lillian at the counter and she was exceptional which prompted me writing the review. One of the kind workers (black hat) put on my girls’ favorite movie to watch while they ate. Reminded me of the old days when people were hospitable and kind. Really appreciate it. Thank you to all the staff and owners you’re doing a phenomenal job. From your loyal regulars.

This was my first time ordering from this place since I had just moved to Tampa. Lillian was the lady who had helped me and she was the sweetest person I have ever spoken to in customer service. She was patient with me and answered any questions I had, in which I am so grateful for. I will definitely be ordering here more, the food was good and I can just tell by first impression it's a great atmosphere to be in.

The person who answers the phone and takes orders provides horrible customer service. He sounds like a guy who’s in his 30s but not sure. He uses slang and poor communication to take your order and doesn’t have common sense. They sent my order with no protection or preservation in keeping my food safe, sanitary, and fresh. Don’t trust the prices that you see online because they won’t honor specials from their website which is poor business decision. It seems as if they hire or subcontract their deliveries because the individual didn’t speak English at all so it made for the drop off difficult when it’s so simple. Don’t order from this location if you’re expecting a positive quality experience from beginning to end of the process.

I just ordered a medium pizza with white sauce and cheese. They delivered something I can’t even eat. It has no sauce. Cheese that’s so hard and over cooked. I wish I could post pictures. Avoid this place at all cost.

The management and staff at this location is excellent. Location is very convenient and they offer in house delivery if you want to avoid “delivery apps”. Their crust is hands down the best in the pizza chains world and their toppings are fresh. Highly recommended!

Watch out for the delivery driver for this place. I was already speeding when the Marco’s driver about ran me off the road. They came right up behind me and proceeded to follow within a foot or so of my bumper. Again I was already speeding. Then when I turned they somehow got even closer. The Marco’s car magnet is not gonna bring in a lot of business when the driver is driving like a maniac. White car, I think it was a Nissan.
