The person who answers the phone and takes orders provides horrible customer service. He sounds like a guy who’s in his 30s but not sure. He uses slang and poor communication to take your order and doesn’t have common sense. They sent my order with no protection or preservation in keeping my food safe, sanitary, and fresh. Don’t trust the prices that you see online because they won’t honor specials from their website which is poor business decision. It seems as if they hire or subcontract their deliveries because the individual didn’t speak English at all so it made for the drop off difficult when it’s so simple. Don’t order from this location if you’re expecting a positive quality experience from beginning to end of the process.

I just ordered a medium pizza with white sauce and cheese. They delivered something I can’t even eat. It has no sauce. Cheese that’s so hard and over cooked. I wish I could post pictures. Avoid this place at all cost.

The management and staff at this location is excellent. Location is very convenient and they offer in house delivery if you want to avoid “delivery apps”. Their crust is hands down the best in the pizza chains world and their toppings are fresh. Highly recommended!

Watch out for the delivery driver for this place. I was already speeding when the Marco’s driver about ran me off the road. They came right up behind me and proceeded to follow within a foot or so of my bumper. Again I was already speeding. Then when I turned they somehow got even closer. The Marco’s car magnet is not gonna bring in a lot of business when the driver is driving like a maniac. White car, I think it was a Nissan.

When I say the food was good it was slap your grandma good. The atmosphere was awesome but that was hands down due to the service I received from Alexis. Talk about setting the perfect vibe!!! Alexis, you're the mozzarella to my cheese stick!

I I just picked up a salad, a chicken Caesar salad from the Marcos location on Bruce B Downs in new Tampa. I am disabled and I spoke with the young lady on the phone who couldn’t have been more polite, more professional when she took my order. I mentioned the fact that I needed her to come out and bring my order and take my method of payment.. I am not gonna mention her name to embarrass her or give her attention that perhaps she would be sensitive about. But the salad was great. The food was delicious, but the level of customer service and the friendly nature of this young lady I’m writing in this review to acknowledge what a fantastic employee she is. Thank you

I need to order more Marcos! Ordered the Ultimate Magnifico curbside through the app (app needs work, needs to be updated.) Pizza came out as scheduled, got it home still piping HOT fresh and DELICIOUS! Had a ton of two types of pepperoni and the sausage so, it's got just the right amount of "kick" to it! I don't do a lot of pizza but this one was the best I've had in a long time!
Con: app needs updating including an option to square-cut pizza so, I called and requested square-cut but my request fell on deaf ears I guess?

Your drivers make illegal turns. They did a left on red at Bruce b downs and trout creek Dr. It was completely red atleast 5-10 second before they went. This occurred on 10/24/24 at 7:45 pm.
The staff that worked the front counter was great and they had our pizza ready before we arrived. Also tasted amazing!
