So.. honestly.. I used to Love this Place. When The Customer service was above average. Now. There's A New Service. Bad Service, Alone with Side of Rudeness. I ordered a XL pizza. Which was not great. Lob sided Doe.. looked like it was Microwave. I go to pay the Lady a 20 with 11 cents changed because I needed the bills. She says that's ok I got changed. Leaving me to think she got it or was offering. And I'll receive my bills.. But a Fat no. She hands me a bunch of change.. so she rebuffed my offer To Distribute her Own.. first time I ever had that happen to me in my life.. I'll probably be switching to papa Johns. I haven't experienced that rudeness with them.. shamed tho. Marcos was 5min away from my house.. but I'll make the drive for Professional and kind service

I recently ordered a pizza from Marcoâs pizza at this location and unfortunately, the taste left a lot to be desired. The crust was soggy, the sauce tasted bland, and the toppings were sparse and didnât seem fresh. To make things worse, the cheese barely melted and lacked the rich, gooey texture youâd expect from a good pizza. Overall, it was quite underwhelming.
However, I must say the customer service was excellent. There was a girl in the front who was attentive, and handled my complaints with professionalism however the taste left me dissatisfied and Iâm not gonna order from this location ever again Itâs waste of time and money. And Iâm giving this One Star for the Customer service. Very disappointed with the quality of the food.

My order was supposed to be delivered at 703pm and I didnât get my order till almost 9pm. I called the store to ask what was going on where was my order the first employee was rude stated âwell its been out for deliveryâ I asked to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor came in the phone stated rudely âwell some people had to wait longer than you so you just have to waitâ. Then he hung up on me.

Today my son placed an order, and total was $47.55. In which he never received , therefore I called to see what happened with order and Marcos pizza located at Fletcher Tampa had the edacity to say was delivered at 1955pm . was never delivered because my daughter lives front side has cameras as well my home , and nothing was brought to my home nor the person at the store made effort to try resolve the issue since it was not just $10.00 Lost here. so basically lost $50.00 and no food. recommended you pick up not have delivered.
Today August 13 2024 General Manager Garett reached out to me , and truly apologized for inconvenience and was willing to correct the matter asap, and he did .
