I took a friend here because they have great pizza. When he brought out the pizza, it was cold, and the vegetables and sauce had a foul taste to it. It tastes like cardboard and hard to chew. This pizza was made when he went inside to order, and he watched them make it. By the time we got home, which was only a 10 minute ride from this store, the pizza was ice cold and hard to chew. I wouldn't recommend this pizza joint to my worst enemy. The worst ? pizza joint in Florida. Bring on hungry Howies. I can deal with the grease and way better pizzas ?

Review of Marcos Pizza:I've been a loyal customer of Marco's Pizza for quite some time, often opting for pickup orders due to its convenient location less than half a mile away from my place. However, my recent experience with their delivery service has left me thoroughly disappointed.Despite placing an online order with a promised delivery time of 30 minutes, the introduction of DoorDash as their delivery partner seemed to complicate matters. I received conflicting messages about the status of my order, including one claiming it had been delivered when it hadn't even reached my doorstep.Upon reaching out to the supposed DoorDash delivery person, Nakia, I encountered significant difficulty in communication and coordination. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, she seemed unaware of the situation and hadn't even reached Marcos Pizza.After contacting Marcos directly and speaking with a manager named Garrett, I was met with disbelief and accusations of dishonesty regarding the delivery. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue and request a credit for the undelivered order, Garrett's dismissive and confrontational attitude only exacerbated the situation.To my dismay, it was revealed that the delivery person had mistakenly left the order at a crisis center, despite my residence being just a few blocks away. After a prolonged and frustrating ordeal, the pizza eventually arrived, albeit significantly later than expected.Garrett's unprofessionalism and lack of empathy throughout this ordeal were particularly egregious, leaving me with no desire to ever patronize Marco's Pizza again. The overall experience was marred by incompetence and poor customer service, making it clear that reliability and respect for customers are sorely lacking in their operations.

The guy who is short and have spectacles is not at all good to the customers. His replies are too harsh. I asked him about bread sticks he replied me 15 minutes. I tried to take out a small pizza, initially he said it would take 2-5 minutes then eventually after 10 minutes I asked him again he replied I quote “10 minutes”. These are only 2 words he is been repeating again and again loudly if I am trying to ask him any questions. This is the worst behaviour I have ever experienced from the crew. The 2 regrets are visiting this store by listening to my friend and other one is I am unable to give 0 stars for this restaurant service.!! So disappointed.

If I’m not mistaken, Marcos is scheduled to close at 11 so to my surprise when I call at 9:45, the lady answers the phone just to tell me they are closed. I’m glad the employees operate their own hours when they choose. Another customer lost ✅

Expect your order to be strategically wrong due to missing products like Salami, so your ordered items will be short . But you will not know this until half your order finally gets to you. So after you complain to the manager (who already knew your problem), he will rush to give you a choice to get a refund of the missing product or when he has someone available between a two hour period you may receive your missing salad.

Terrible experience. I wanted to give Marcos pizza a chance as I’ve never eaten here before. After spending almost $45, the pizza was Average and the wings were AWFUL! I asked for extra sauce and they gave me this. The quality of the chicken was gross. Very rubbery and cold. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. Seems like there was no effort in making this.

As an eight year customer, Margo’s Pizza on Fletcher Ave, Tampa just lost a customer. I called to make a 1st time complaint about a pizza not to my satisfaction. The manager, Will, said I was exaggerating which made me feel as if I was making a dishonest complaint. Will, was rude, unprofessional and he hung up in my face. Bye, bye Margo’s Pizza!
