Some of the worst service I've ever received, never refilled the water, took half an hour to order and longer for the food. When I finally got my food, there was a bone in the steak portion of the burrito. I would have said something but never saw the server again until he brought the check. Never again.

We ordered food for take out, we were told 10-20 mins for it to be ready. It was ready in less than 10 mins. We got the birria tacos and it was the best we’ve had yet. If I was local, I’d definitely be back.

Visited Davis Islands for the first time in a while. We were craving Mexican food and saw Margaritas Mexican Restaurant and decided to give it a try. It's located on the main strip which is very convenient. The service from the waiters was very good as they provided good insight on the menu and specials. The food however was nothing special. We've tried better dishes at other Mexican restaurants that are deserving of 5 stars. The chimichanga and rice bowl were average and weren't our favorite. The chips and salsa were also OK and not great. Good for a one time visit

Margaritas is a Davis island staple. I eat here at least once a month. I love the chips and salsa!! The strawberry margs are delicious, as well as the enchiladas. Service is good, they can get busy but have so many people helping out. This place can be fun with live music and sitting outside when it's nice out is great!

Good but not worth the wait. Once sat, were given water and chips. 20 minutes go by and no server to take our order. Finally after ordering another 45 minutes go by and our server drops off a check and walked off. After getting his attention that our food hasn't came out yet. He apologized and brought out our food. It was good, a little too salty on the beef but and hour and a half total in the restaurant. Not worth the wait.
