I expect our experience was not the norm at this place, but nonetheless it was subpar. While the salmon carpaccio & arugula was just ok, the lamb pizza was outstanding. Unfortunately our service was lacking. After being sat and watered it took another 15mins to see our server again (they were having some sort of issue elsewhere in the restaurant). Our server was nice and very apologetic and even comp'd one of our drinks, but my first drink (rosemary Negroni) arrived very late alongside our appetizer, which was at least 10mins after my guests drink arrived. When my drink finally arrived it was also dead. The ice had already melted quite a bit and was watered down. My second drink (a classic Negroni) was made perfectly and even the bartender came to ask exactly how I'd like it prepared, which was very nice. I didn't necessarily need a table touch from the manager, but I will say we left surprised that they never came by. Nonetheless, we will absolutely be giving Market another try because I genuinely believe they're typically better than this.

We had a very nice lunch in the Market then went to the cafe for coffee. The coffee was very good but the cake was very stale.

Such a great experience. Gorgeous hotel entry. The Market menu has a little bit of everything on it. The most friendly and helpful staff. We went for a friend's birthday and Gabby and one of the hostesses took our pic, brought us a free dessert to share and were so accommodating and kind. The food was beautifully presented and equally delicious. Highly recommend. We will be back often!

Unfortunately will not be returning despite great food and service. A man at the table next to us was talking loudly on speaker phone and we politely asked him if he could turn his volume down, and he responded by yelling personal insults at us. I felt very unsafe for the duration of my meal. Despite other patrons also being bothered by his behavior, he was allowed to stay at the restaurant. As this man left the restaurant, he announced that he received a free dessert. This is absolutely unacceptable and concerning that a restaurant would reward this behavior. No one ever checked on us to check if we were okay or get our side of the story. We then had to explain it to the manager after asking ourselves to speak to him, and he handled it completely incompetently with no explanation or resolution. He didn't even think to comp anything on our tab, which he should've insisted. Due to this concerningly poor management, we will never be returning. For the price point of this establishment, we expect to feel safe and that someone yelling at us from his table would be escorted out, not rewarded.

Restaurants are unsanitary. Even if hair comes out of a glass cup, the waitress doesn't even apologize. And the manager never cares and tells the customer. Please don't visit such a messy, unsanitary restaurant.
