I love coming to Mccalister and haven’t been here in a while and my returning first impression was the horrible customer service attitude from the Cashier Destiny. They need to know from one rest owner to another that they are the first face a customer sees. Greeting, smile and more is all for a returning customer or new one. Made it feel very hostile.

Restaurant was not busy. I had the choose 2, 1/2 Ruben and Chicken Tortilla Soup. Food served quickly and hot. The Macadamia cookies were not fresh.

CC was super sweet & helpful. She knew the ins & outs of the menu. It’s not every day you get that kind of service. Our sandwiches were solid.Tampa has a lot of good sandwich spots & this place is one of them.

Absolutely love this place! My mom and I were looking around at different delis in the area and landed on this spot; I’m so glad we did! The service was over the top, the food was fresh and quick, and all of their sandwiches are 100% customizable to your liking. The atmosphere felt very cozy snd warm, definitely a place to take the kids or grandparents for a good lunch!

We have been fans in McAllister since before Covid. A few times we had a couple of issues. They were incredibly responsive and bent over backwards to make it right! Lately we have been doing everything from the consistency in our orders to the customer service, which has been top-notch! Thank you, McAllister for being part of our community!!!

Honestly it’s better to not say a side is included than upcharge a soup by 4$. up charging by 2$ is reasonable. You are basically paying for the side at this point. It’s greedy places like this that I just can’t support. Completely overpriced

Better than weeks ago but took 30 min to get the 2 sandwiches. 2weeks ago...got wrong sandwiches and it ruined dinner..was supposed to be a chicken club, no mayo and a Mcalister max club, no honey mustard...ended up getting 2 Grilled chicken ceasar wraps...live to far away so didnt go back. Told girl about it tonight to try to make sure they got it right. Sorry it isnt right like it always used to be....met the owner years ago, he seemed to care about his biisness.. Maybe he is gone now.. .

It's always a great option. I love this place when I'm traveling. The southwest chicken and avocado salad is my go-to. You really can't beat this when you are out and about and need something good and fried. The staff is always friendly and professional. I have never had a bad menu item.
