Somehow there is always something wrong with my food at this location. Placed a pickup order for a McAlister's club... Of course to my surprise there is a 10 inch long strand of hair in my sandwich. How does that even happen? Are your employees wearing hairnets? This is beyond disgusting. The manager has always fixed my order when something was wrong... But this is unfixable. I'm just grossed out now.

I ordered uber from here for the first time. The club is absolutely fantastic and the black cherry lemonade is also amazing. Everything was so delicious.

When you walk in and your greeting is “we close at 8:30,” it just seals the deal that several lackluster visits built up to. This place isn’t worth your time or money, not unless they blow it up and start over. Other McAlister’s locations are far better. This one, steer clear at all costs.

Every time we go in to this location, which is typically the evening, the kids running the place are screaming in the back, cussing and acting very unprofessionally. Tonight we walked in a half hour before closing and were greeted with a flat “We close at 8:30.” So welcoming. I work too hard to spend my money to be treated like that. Avoid.

So I chose to order online today. I have not eaten at McAllister‘s in over a year because they always mess my order up. So after an hour, wait for my order to be delivered, of course my order was missing an item. I will not be ordering from this business ever again!! Their prices are very high and when you don’t get what you paid for, that’s a big problem.

"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; it had terrible service and was a waste of time. I'm not biased, but the employees wanted you to pay extra money that you didn't have to, and then they made you pay again for no reason. If I wanted to do that, I'd rather go to the movies or the mall. It was an embarrassing experience with a friend and should have had much better service than that."

I've been to this location three different times , I ordered the Italian sandwich and three different times I've told them not to put mayonnaise or mustard on the sandwich all three times there was mustard on my sandwich. I walked up to the front counter and explain to them I asked for no mustard and if they could please make it again. The cashier brought my food to my table I told her thank you and she turned away I thought she did not hear me so I said it louder no response she walked Back to the register. I was not rude t o her I understand people make mistakes. I Didn't Like The Customer Service I Received .I will not be going back to this restaurant. The food is really good. I recommend the potato salad and the mac and cheese is good the Italian is good also.

I just had the best club sandwich from McAllister's. I ordered it with no cheese and it came out perfect. It was delivered to my house 20 minutes sooner than they had mentioned and the delivery person was excellent. Absolutely wonderful flavorful sandwich. That smoked bacon is incredible. The honey mustard made the sandwich all that much better. This is the sandwich I would recommend to anyone!
