We come in about once a month. And the staff is always super nice and friendly, especially Ari very friendly and helpful to us. The food and drinks are always amazing.

Somehow there is always something wrong with my food at this location. Placed a pickup order for a McAlister's club... Of course to my surprise there is a 10 inch long strand of hair in my sandwich. How does that even happen? Are your employees wearing hairnets? This is beyond disgusting. The manager has always fixed my order when something was wrong... But this is unfixable. I'm just grossed out now.

When you walk in and your greeting is “we close at 8:30,” it just seals the deal that several lackluster visits built up to. This place isn’t worth your time or money, not unless they blow it up and start over. Other McAlister’s locations are far better. This one, steer clear at all costs.
Every time we go in to this location, which is typically the evening, the kids running the place are screaming in the back, cussing and acting very unprofessionally. Tonight we walked in a half hour before closing and were greeted with a flat “We close at 8:30.” So welcoming. I work too hard to spend my money to be treated like that. Avoid.

So I chose to order online today. I have not eaten at McAllister‘s in over a year because they always mess my order up. So after an hour, wait for my order to be delivered, of course my order was missing an item. I will not be ordering from this business ever again!! Their prices are very high and when you don’t get what you paid for, that’s a big problem.

I'm not biased, but the employees wanted you to pay extra money that you didn't have to, and then they made you pay again for no reason. If I wanted to do that, I'd rather go to the movies or the mall. It was an embarrassing experience with a friend and should have had much better service than that."
