This location apparently believes it's an acceptable business practice take your order, and your money, then refuse to fulfill the order and make you wait a week to get back the money for the order they refused to fulfill.

My grandkids really love McDonald's I really can't eat it I'm up at 8:00 so it just go right through me but for the kids they be very pleased

Had a free H&S mcchicken only mustard and mayo and the lady gives me a regular McChicken and I went to tell her and she looked at the regular sandwich and said that’s a hot and spicy chicken patty and was rude and negligent about it but eventually replaced and I had no napkins just bad service and experience

The service was terrible and so was the food. Nuggets felt like I was chewing rubber. I was asked what kind of sauce and it wasn't in the bag. Neither was ketchup. The wait was too long for this

Speakers don’t seem to work. Kept repeating myself several times to a highly unfriendly staff member. Went to the next window and was given cold fries. When I told him I’d like it hot he rolled his eyes and proceeded to talk back to me.. 😳. When I told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude and instead of trying to make it right, he continued with the condescending attitude. Please hire courteous and actually competent staff members. These people were rude and an absolute disgrace to fast food. This locations appears to have gone way downhill. I would strongly recommend not to waste your time

They seem to have problems following simple instructions.
I walked into McDonald’s today with one simple mission: get a little bit of help. Not save the world, not perform brain surgery, not negotiate world peace — just get a tiny bit of assistance from an employee whose entire job description literally includes the word help.
But apparently, at this particular McDonald’s, asking for help is like asking for a miracle. You can hope, you can pray, you can manifest — but you’re not getting it.
I stood there like a lost soul in the middle of the restaurant. Employees walked past me like I was a ghost only visible to people with special DLC installed. One worker looked straight at me, then immediately looked away — as if eye contact would summon a demon or activate a side quest he did NOT want to do.
I tried again.
I asked politely.
Nothing.
Not even a “one second.” Not even a “hold on.”
Just pure, Olympic-level ignoring.
I swear I’ve never felt so emotionally abandoned standing three feet away from a person holding a headset and a name tag.
So I waited. And waited. And waited.
At this point I started questioning my entire existence. Maybe I wasn’t actually standing there. Maybe I had transcended my physical form and become a background object. Who knows.
And then — plot twist.
The moment I no longer needed help, the moment everything was already done, the moment my patience was already spiritually dead and buried — suddenly, NOW everyone wants to help.
Three employees magically appear out of thin air like I accidentally said “McDouble” three times into a mirror.
“Do you need anything?”
“Are you okay?”
“Can I help you with something?”
Oh, NOW you want to help?
NOW, when it literally doesn’t matter anymore?
Amazing timing. Truly inspirational.
Honestly, the customer service felt like a delayed push notification. Shows up long after the moment has passed and only makes everything more annoying.
So yeah — that was my McDonald’s adventure for the day.
If you ever want the unique experience of being ignored until the very last second, highly recommend this location. They’re professionals at it.
