I placed a mobile order at 4 am and ordered lunch/dinner options. I arrived at 4:20 am and they rudely brushed me off by saying “our system is down, it’ll be up at 5”. I waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes, and once their system was back up they told me I couldn’t get my order because they are serving breakfast. If you can’t run a McDonald’s then maybe you shouldn’t be working to begin with.

I like this McDonald's because it's not one of those ones that is a doordash pickup zone. They promptly notice I'm there take my order they got my food to me fast, if I had to give them two strikes some of the booths were a little dirty and they served me in a bag not on a tray. But I generally like this McDonald's location, it's better than a lot of them.

This morning I walked in after I used the kiosk to order my food I noticed the manager locked the men’s bathroom so I asked if she could unlock it. I asked to use the restroom and the heavy set lightskin female manager gave me a hard time and said “you can’t use it because other people mess it up” I am a CUSTOMER have came here religiously for months and will never do so again. What is the point in having restrooms the customers can’t use at all. I could see if the bathroom was closed for cleaning but it wasn’t and it’s not like I’m just some guy walking in and leaving I WAS a CUSTOMER. People should be fired for nonsense like this absolutely no class or decency for a customer service position

When we first arrived it wasn’t that bad, originally the cashier was having a hard time getting our order of a large 10 piece and medium Big Mac. After we pull to the window they give us the wrong order, and when they got the correct order they added another sandwich on to the order. After getting that sorted out we asked for a military discount that they only seem to allow if you dine in. The cashier looked like to be getting trained by another worker but they both seemed inexperienced. When we go to get out food the large 10 piece came with a medium drink filled to the brim with ice and half the large fires gone so you couldn’t even see them.

First off, I would not recommend this McDonalds what so ever. They do not give discounts in drive thru, their drive thru service is very inconsistent (get orders wrong and doesn’t give military discount in drive thru (or any discount)). Second off, when ordering fries, there was definitely not enough passed out to suffice the size of its holder.
Very disappointed and based on past reviews I suppose I was a fool to even try this establishment.
