Ive never seen a group of people so incompetent in my life. Simple requests are too complicated for these employees I guess. Asked for cheese on my burger and it was put in a box on the side, no sauces with my nuggets, wrong size fries, and when we were ordering, I tell them I’m using the app. They tell me to go ahead with my order and then get mad that I give them the code at the end. The food is usually hot so I’ll give them that, but the service lately has been absolutely terrible.

We order 4 mc chickens 2 cokes and 2 sprites they gave us 3 cups and i asked for the one we was missing the lady we asked started to put excuses and more after that she told us to leave. And when we was going out a dude was screaming at the lady for the bad service. 0/10 the worse mcdonals we hade ever tried.

The employees here are rude, unprofessional, and downright racist. Because my accent is strong in some areas, I had a hard time pronouncing the word “nuggets” over the speaker. Instead of trying to understand me, the worker mocked me and treated me with absolute disrespect. Another employee, who also speaks English and Spanish, acted the same way—loud, impatient, and with zero customer service skills. They both talked over each other, cutting me off, not listening, and refusing to let me explain myself. At the end, one of them had the audacity to tell me, “You should learn English before coming here.” That is pure racism, and it is disgusting. I never insulted them for their skin color, but because it was about my accent, they thought it wasn’t a big deal. Well, it is a big deal, and it proves this place is toxic and discriminatory. This McDonald’s is a disgrace, and it should not even be operating. I will never recommend this location to anyone, and I believe it deserves a formal complaint for racism.

According to my receipt, this incident occurred at 1:55 p.m. or a few minutes later, since the receipt shows 1:51 p.m. The cashier at the first window accidentally overcharged me — mistakes happen, and I have no issue with her. She took the time to correct the problem, returned my change, and I proceeded to the next window.
At the second window, however, I experienced very unprofessional behavior. The employee greeted me with a sarcastic comment: “Welcome to McDonald’s, so glad you’re here, I missed you…” — seemingly because I took a moment to arrive at the window. I’m not sure if there was a lack of communication between staff or if she was simply having a bad day, but her tone and attitude were completely inappropriate. She then asked for my order, and when I confirmed it, she handed me the food in a dismissive manner and closed the window abruptly in my face.
To make matters worse, my order was not prepared correctly. I specifically requested it with only onions and ketchup, but as shown in the attached photo, that was not what I received.
I believe customers deserve respectful and professional treatment, as well as accurate orders, at all times. I kindly request that management address this matter to ensure that no other customer has a similar experience in the future.

Not a HAPPY PLACE. The staff needs more orientation. I want to say something to balance my review but it’s all bad experience.
Took forever for a single iced coffee, filled to the brim with ice, and this whole time the cops have been searching some teenagers car for drugs(about an hour straight) I'm guessing it's a racial thing.
