No person to take your order, you have to use the giant, touchscreens which are filthy from everyone else touching them, then you have to go to the disgusting bathrooms to wash your hands before touching your food....food is brought to the table after you touch the screen 50x and bring a disgusting number to put on your table....germs germs germs....i ordered a soft drink only amd it was a major production....it took 4 people to process the order......

My food seemed old and reheated. My bun had a crunch like it was toasted and my French fries were soggy and cold. Maybe it's different in the day but late night on a Friday sucked

This is the third and final time I was going to go to McDonald’s and have any kind of hope that my app would work. The last 2 times I visited a restaurant I was told by senior management staff that my app just didn’t work and they were not IT people they just worked at McDonald’s. I was told at one location that it was because of the app not working because it was close to closing. Now you should know that I don’t have a lot of money and I do actually depend on my apps...
