The waiting time for the drivers is widely long and the staff sees you and they don’t attend you and if they do they make a bad face 😡

Absolutely terrible. I door dashed from this location and someone stole my order and DoorDash said to contact the store manager. The manager refused to do anything about it. They refused to remake the order. After calling the store twice. The manager hung up on me twice! She was externally rude and unwilling to compromise. Horrible customer service
Never again would I stop a this McDonald
The food was all inaccurate 35$ ordered a double quarter pounder got a single 1$ burger ,fries half full on all 3 orders
All orders inaccurate. I never leave reviews but i had to. If I was in corporate I would do a in store visit and train all the staff and implement the correct processes like the other McDonald do not go here

Absolute garbage service and food. Missed half the order and any ice cream or coffee machine broken but wouldn’t refund instead gave 1 cookie as a substitute. Don’t waste your time here.

One thing I hate is a rude person taking orders. Whoever was working the drive through 430p does not need be around customers and in the back making food. 0 customer service skills.

The day shift here is always accurate, fast, and friendly. The location is always clean. The night shift isnt as friendly sometimes and their accuracy isnt as great as the day shift.

Went to place a order on the kesik and used the cash payment option upon going to pay a staff member said there system couldn't take cash payment due to system was down up front so had to walk away without the meal

They advertise as being 24 Hours …. WRONG!!!! Depending on who’s working or how they feel, Maybe?? I’ve been sometime between 330-4am and they say they’re rebooting the computers it’ll be 45 mins and that’s IF they say anything at all … and I’ve been around 430 and they say they’re getting ready for breakfast and aren’t serving and anytime in between 3-5 … most of the time you pull up and if it’s after 3 and before 5 you hear CRICKETS! They don’t pay attention to the customers, you pull up to the window and no one around either. It’s not just a couple of time thing either .. this has been ongoing for over a year! This place is HORRIBLE with customer service!
Women’s bathroom sink doesn’t work and all the hand sanitizers are empty. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for a cup for a fountain drink. Terrible staff.
If you never want sauce with your nuggys come here they never fail to forget

I haven't been to this McDonald's in years, and I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Marlon.
As I sat and ate my meal, I watched each interaction he had with the guests.
It wasn't just me he was friendly, professional, and courteous- IT WAS WITH EVERYONE!
I witnessed him going around to each table asking if everything was good, if there was anything else he could get them. He even offered to remove any unnecessary items from table. WOW!!!
It felt so calm and peaceful in this McDonald's.
The music was perfect!!
It was music from the 50's but it was just right for McDonald's.
I know we live in a different era, but it's good to have something from our past to listen to now and then.
It allows us to pause, reflect, centering us, and to even want to become better human beings.
Please recognize Marlon, for magnificently running this location! I hope he becomes an ambassador for what TRUE GUEST SERVICE looks like!
Oh, also thankfully I wasn't directed to place my order on the self service kiosk.
Now a days everywhere you go they direct you to it as if we missed it.
Noooo, if I WANTED to place my order there I would.

The food was cold, and I watched them have it to someone different and then grab it back after that person had already had they hand in the bag then acted like they could not find me after they parked me in a space was not impressed at all.
