This place is awful. Order a iced coffee and it was half cream. Asked to remake it with less cream. I swear they just put water and cream in a cup. There's virtually no sugar in there. Avoid this location.

Picking up doordash orders takes a long time, and sometimes they even start chatting and don't attend to the person waiting. Also, today I went to buy a vanilla Shake, I arrived at 10:20, the girl told me it would be ready by 10:30, and when it was 10:30, after I placed the order, she told me they didn't have any vanilla Chase. She made me wait for nothing, so the service isn't very good.

I don't wish to come off abrasive but what is with this location playing Latino music in the background? I respect all types of music plus I am a musician BUT culturally speaking I just don't see this kind of music being appropriate for a fast food setting like McDonald's (unless you're talking about Taco Bell)...plus I can also see that the majority of the staff except maybe one person appear to not know English too well. Also why is the self serving soda fountain not working? Come on you guys can do way better than this. At least they got my food order right.

What happened to you McDonald's? You used to have someone hand me my food with a smile. Now I I give you $12 and you leave my food on the counter with discontent and let people steal it. Then you get upset when I ask why you gave my did to someone dishonest like you. The food sucks so much now that my kids hate coming here. This was the highlight of my week when I was their age. Good riddance

Order two happy meals, And one large iced coffee. Got rung up for 12 happy meals and a MiCrispy… Ask several times to have sweet-and-sour sauce for the happy meals for the kids, didn’t get it, I had to ask again. Didn’t get the large iced coffee either, got a medium. What a debacle. Tell me again why minimum wage should be higher please, I have time. That “GenZ stare” gets me every time though.
Corporate needs to come for a visit, real soon. Management is not attending the workers and customers as friends are taking advantage of the place….

I ordered later at night, and I understand sometimes you have to wait and I’m usually pretty patient, but 1 hour for some burgers and fries is beyond ridiculous. And not one of the 4 employees I saw talked to me at all or update me on my order progress. If you want late night food, go to dennys and wait for some food that’s worth it at the very least.
