The worst service imaginable, placed my order in drive through after they asked for.my order, only to be told she wasn't listening could I repeat it. Repeated my order and then again. Could I repeat.. finally placed order. Went to pay and the girl at the window was clueless to my order and asked me to repeat it again. Get to yhe next window , I had multiple drinks, they hand me the drinks, I asked which is which, the girl in the drive through said she didn't know that the machine doesn't say.. what!!? Then they ask me to circle the building .. this place is a nightmare. I 100% regret coming here. I want my money and time back. Was left waiting the longest time and no one knew or had a clue what the hell was going on. Please stop hiring children or at least train them!

I went to McDonald's today, and when we got to our hose, when we tried the chicken nuggets, there were spicy. we checked the order, but there were no spicy chicken nuggets, so the problem was that they got the order wrong. I dont recommend it to all of you guys to go to this McDonald.and i posted this. I'm my father's daughter. Please don't go there.

These people either can't read or completely don't care. Everything was made wrong for delivery, missing happy meals, all food is crap. This location needs a serious revamp of people who can read English and execute orders properly . $40 for food that we didn't receive and completely wrong.
2/23/2025 @ 335PM: It has been 3 years since I came back,, AGAIN FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!! MESSED UP MY ORDER TWICE AND STILL COULD NOT GET IT RIGHT. VERY DISAPPOINTED COMPANY HAS NOT CORRECTED ISSUE. IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY. AGAIN THREW FOOD AWAY BECAUSE FOOD TASTE WEIRD. I'M TOTALLY DONE WITH THIS MCDONALD'S. IF YOU WANT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO THERE. 3 YEARS AGO: The food was terrible. I brought Big Mac and fries and it was made like bread on top of bread and meat under 2 breads, was just thrown together and fries was very salty. I threw the order away . I could image what was really done to food. I will never go there again.

This is not open 24 hours. We started a 10 hour road trip and rolled up at 430 am. Lies- not 24 hours. Change your google settings . Annoying

This is one of the most unprofessional and rowdy McDonald’s ever based on management!
The most annoying thing is when you are coming by in the late evening time, and the manager is standing around, goofing off with the other employees as customers are waiting on their food .
They bump the orders from the board before they even deliver them and usually after a few minutes, they forget that they didn’t even bring the food out to a customer then customers have to remind them what their order was, simply because they remove the order too quickly from the board before delivering it!
Even more so the management has this tendency to lock the lobby up way before it’s even time to close as the lobby hours posted say 10 PM …
And it’s just ironic that they will lock the lobby up way ahead of time as they are goofing off and playing around watching videos on their phone. It says if they make up their own rules and disregard what they have posted!
This once was a good McDonald’s, but this current management is doing a really crummy job.
As far as the regular employees who are delivering orders out to customers and actually checking and doing what a manager is supposed to be doing, they do a relatively good job as much as they can.
But it’s so annoying when after five minutes you see your number is no longer on the board and all they are doing is just standing around goofing off and leaving you to wait around on your food..
