This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. There were no clean tables, the floor was very dirty, the bathroom was terrible, and the trash cans were full. Everything was bad.
The service was poor. The employees did not seem interested in helping customers, and the food was also bad. I have never seen a McDonald’s this bad. I will definitely not come back to this location.

Just went there with a bunch of kids to get ice cream and stood by the counter/registers for a few minutes and no one even greeted or acknowledged us. I saw people look at me and talk to each other and play on their cell phones, but not one cared to even say hi or nothing.

Stopped in after picking up family at the Tampa airport late tonight. The two people behind the counter saw us walk in and walked to the back. My family saw how they were looking at us and said let's just use the kiosk, they thought they heard them talking about us. I wanted to customize my order so I said no, I'll wait for them to come take our order. They never would. Every time I tried to get their attention they would look at us, laugh, and walk further to the drive-thru window or start to go around the corner. We finally gave up, used the restroom and then started to leave. As we were leaving, we watched a couple come in. I stood at the door and watched the girl that was behind the counter walk right over and take her order immediately... guess they only serve certain people when it's late 🙄

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order delivery from this McDonald's, I specifically order ketchup & NEVER get it.. I also specifically order AND PAY EXTRA FOR 4 tomato slices on EACH burger, but ALWAYS only get 2 slices.. AND I always omit the mustard, but they always ALSO either omit the ketchup or onions from the burgers as well for some reason.. Honestly, how hard is it to read the order instructions & apply the instructions correctly???? I used to work fast food & always made it a point to get the order correct. I understand mistakes happen, BUT to get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?! That's completely unacceptable, quite frustrating & very disappointing....
EDIT: I ordered from there again & specifically paid for Ranch sauce & also requested ketchup again, but didn't receive either one....

Heavy set manager messed order up two days in a row and doesn’t want to fix or give me a refund. Only cheese and only mayonnaise on receipt but has lettuce and wants to get loud in drive through.
French fries with no salt, nor where to get. The patty was a joke. That was not beef or meat at all. The reason for three stars was the seasonal ice cream. I enjoyed it.

Went for lunch, and got cold cheese slices on Luke warm patties, soggy cooked off fries, and a completely soda water coke. McDonald’s as a corporation has clearly gone down hill and there is no longer any consistency between locations. Terrible $10 for a “value” that consists of cold/barely warm food. Service was fast but probably because they didn’t do anything to prepare the food. I will never return to this location.

Went through drive thru and placed order for a large frappe and was handed a medium but charged for large. Told lady at window she said it was a large. No whip cream either..... Won't be going back to her rudeness CHECK RECEIPT

Just left the drive thru August 19 at 1:10 P.M. ALL THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD!!! SO GROSS. My husband was really craving a quarter pounder & he looks at me & sais you shouldn't had listened to me. 😂 All I wanted to do was satisfy his craving & we are both very dissatisfied. Tried calling to speak to the manager & got no answer!!
