EVERY SINGLE TIME I order delivery from this McDonald's, I specifically order ketchup & NEVER get it.. I also specifically order AND PAY EXTRA FOR 4 tomato slices on EACH burger, but ALWAYS only get 2 slices.. AND I always omit the mustard, but they always ALSO either omit the ketchup or onions from the burgers as well for some reason.. Honestly, how hard is it to read the order instructions & apply the instructions correctly???? I used to work fast food & always made it a point to get the order correct. I understand mistakes happen, BUT to get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?! That's completely unacceptable, quite frustrating & very disappointing....
EDIT: I ordered from there again & specifically paid for Ranch sauce & also requested ketchup again, but didn't receive either one....

Heavy set manager messed order up two days in a row and doesn’t want to fix or give me a refund. Only cheese and only mayonnaise on receipt but has lettuce and wants to get loud in drive through.

French fries with no salt, nor where to get. The patty was a joke. That was not beef or meat at all. The reason for three stars was the seasonal ice cream. I enjoyed it.

Went for lunch, and got cold cheese slices on Luke warm patties, soggy cooked off fries, and a completely soda water coke. McDonald’s as a corporation has clearly gone down hill and there is no longer any consistency between locations. Terrible $10 for a “value” that consists of cold/barely warm food. Service was fast but probably because they didn’t do anything to prepare the food. I will never return to this location.

Went through drive thru and placed order for a large frappe and was handed a medium but charged for large. Told lady at window she said it was a large. No whip cream either..... Won't be going back to her rudeness CHECK RECEIPT

Just left the drive thru August 19 at 1:10 P.M. ALL THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD!!! SO GROSS. My husband was really craving a quarter pounder & he looks at me & sais you shouldn't had listened to me. 😂 All I wanted to do was satisfy his craving & we are both very dissatisfied. Tried calling to speak to the manager & got no answer!!

I do not understand how hard it is to do the simplest job… I ask for extra fries, they give me apple juice. I ask for barbecue sauce, they give buffalo. Fries are unsalted and even more uncooked. I just don’t get it… how can you work somewhere and not do the job or even understand the customers its ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars that would be too generous
Dining room absolutely disgusting, not only is it all trash but even the trash is full, not to mention I saw no straws and no ranch, when I asked for ranch they left me terrible attitude and rolled their eyes. Even when I look over at them bagging I saw a worker eating one of the fries, this store really fell off and has no professionalism.

Ordered 2 mcchicken sandwiches and two cokes. Got 1 coke and 1 sprite. One chicken sandwiches did not have mayo on it. Didn’t realize until I was down the road. It was the driest chicken sandwich I ever had. Not sure why these people think they deserve more money per hour when they can’t even get a chicken sandwiches and a coke right. They cry about minimum wage and forget where the mayo is. I know McDonald’s don’t care cause it’s quick and easy and these reviews don’t really matter. But whoever was working today around 2 needs to understand why they make minimum wage.

The store said is open 24 hours and they place a paper handwrite that said store is not open And is full of people inside Very bad paying for employees that are not working this is really bad for the store Bad service .
