Drive thru is terrible!!!Every-time I go to this location is the same lack of satisfaction! Too many Spanish people together!!!!I am Latin myself but this people are talking about their personal life’s while your ordering, paying and getting the food!None of them are paying attention to the customer!My quarter pounder once again, was terrible!!!They give you no napkin, no straws, no nothing because THEY ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION!Hate the supervision!!! Less Latin people please! So we can still enjoy the McDonald NEXT TO MY NEIGHBORHOOD!

Ordered 2 large unsweetened ice teas - hardly tasted any tea, basically $6 for dirty ice water. We made a u-turn to get a refund. I know about skimpflation - but come on! Ice teas?

It’s 11am I’m waiting 3 minutes to just get a simple soda inside the dinning room 3 manager one of them was the GM are in the corner talking finally got my order taken by the GM I go for my soda the soda fountain area it’s sticky there’s fruit flys flying around the soda label for The Coca-Cola on the far left side I let the GM know she send another manager he clean where I saw the fruit flys but what about actually cleaning it with hot water and sanitizer I work in a high-level restaurant and our manager enforces us to clean the fountain areas for healthcodereasons. This McDonald’s is full with healthcode violations from not cleaning the place up y’all need to do better. I would have took pictures but this review should be enough

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds.I ordered from the one one Waters and Hanley. My order was not complicated, a cheeseburger happy meal, 2 hamburgers and a LG mcdouble meal with no special requests. I ordered at 11am for the lunch switch over and the drive thru parked me? Seriously? After 4 wrong orders I asked for the manager. I had my 3 grandkids in the vehicle ages 9, 5, and 8 months so I could not go into the store.The manager came out to see what was wrong....I was still missing a large fry. It is now 11:20.I finally received a complete order 20 minutes after I first ordered. Ridiculous.I worked for McDonald's in the 90's for 3 years. This service would not have been acceptable then and should not be now. I was not looking for comps but at the very least the order should have been comped after waiting 20 minutes

I drove up to the drive-thru and waited 4-5 mins for someone to respond, when someone greeted me and I said I’m using my app, I gave them my code for 15% off my meal for my transaction. I ordered for 2 Big Mac meals and the limited time spicy nugget meal and when I finished she responded with “anything else” with a foul attitude. She took my order however I asked for orange coke and I didn’t ask for an upgrade for a large drink as well. As I paid for my order and without realizing and left with my food, my discount wasn’t applied. I let it go, but when the food was handed to me they gave my family and myself drinks in a coffee cup because they didn’t have cups and the Big Macs that I ordered, the buns were stale and hard. I was so disappointed that I’m never going to this McDonald’s ever again. It’s no wonder why I hear people talk foul about this McDonald and that it’s known there’s a foul old lady who works there.

Don't waste your time coming to order food at this location. The drive thru people always have an attitude and never get your order correct. They always have a sour face like they don't like their job, if you don't please go work somewhere else instead of leaving your negative vibes on people....DO BETTER ??

Waited 10 minutes for a french fry and a and a large unsweet tea. After I left and drove down the road and took a sip of the tea I found out they put sweet lemonade in it. When I came back to get it replaced the girl took my drink and then walked over to take care of another order I said excuse me and then she gave me attitude. If you can't figure out how to do the order you certainly don't give the customer attitude. 1 star.

I visited this location to order the regular for my kids and I (2 6 piece, happy meals, quarter pounder meal, 10 piece meal, and a six piece on the side.) at the window and ordering at first, my order was rushed, but then confirmed before I went to the first window to pay. I proceeded to the second window. I was handed two drinks for the happy meals and a bag that contained a 10 piece nugget and a quarter pounder only , the gentleman at the window tells me hang tight at this point. I’m under the impression that he is going to give me the remainder of my order. He hand me only two happy meals. I let him know that I am missing part of my order. He asked me what I was missing. I told him the completion of my two meals plus the six piece. He tells me they were not on his screen and I requested for him to print out the receipt. He goes to get it and we confirm that not only was in that added as a meal obviously I was not charged I let him know. I have no problem in paying for it to just create a order for fries and drinks and the 6 feet he tells me I would need to go and make the line for the drive-through because he has no way of charging me for it On his. He even tells me that I cannot order it from the dining room, because I have to make the order how it was initially placed I pull forward went into the dining room spoke to a manager, expressed to him what just happened.what just happened. Meanwhile, the same gentleman is being offensive and verbally abusive towards me, and at no point did I adjust my conversation to him. I even expressed to him that I wasn’t mad at him that I was so upset with the person that took my order. This gentleman continues to be offensive to the point where he open. “flicks me off” in front of everyone that was there. At one point, the customers approach the counter, and were telling him and the manager that something needed to be done because he was out of line. Nothing was done. I’ve called the store and spoke to the assistant manager and he informed me this person would be getting a written documentation to record his actions because “he’s been with them for so long and they’ve never had a complaint about him before”. With his behavior, there is no way a prior incident, or multiple, did not make him as confident enough to show himself the way he did on February 21, 2024. The items missing, for my order were given, and they even offered to give me extra items which I refuse, and did return to them, because I was not looking for any free items. I was simply looking for decent service as a paying patron.
