They give you lukewarm food and when you arrive at the speaker nobody greets you for minutes when you pull up. They don't say 1 second or anything.

Wow im amazed by how idiotic some of these workers are, took them over 10 minutes to get me 1 bigmac. They made the burger and then placed it on their metal counter behind the desk and just fogot about it until i finally asked, keep in mind i had to ask TWICE where the burger was, first time i asked she said "oh yeah we have one of those" and then proceeded to not go get it for me and sit on her ah and make me wait another 5 minutes while she goofs around with her freinds as it sits their and gets cold, then when i ask the 2nd time had the audacity to say "sorry about that" no girl how about we pull our heads out and remember that customers are waiting. As someone in a culinary college course i genuinely think 12 year olds would work faster than some of these ladies ðŸ˜

This is ridiculous, how do you give someone a bagel you know isn't edible. Yall burnt my bagel, yall need to check your food or what youre doing before giving it to the customer. I went through the drive-thru on a short break from work & had limited time, so I was a bit worried that I may have had to leave without my meal, since there was a long line ahead of me, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were fast, thorough, & friendly. Very impressive. I will definitely be back again.

Nah the service here was horrible. Some kid named Reuben with a weird beard forgot 2 of my sandwiches in my order! They had me waiting 30 minutes for my order at midnight when it was not even packed. Make it make sense.... And the meat was undercooked. It's not hard to heat up patties bro ...the big Macs is not good either

Ordered online was a good call as they were absolutely slammed with orders from both drive thru and dine in. Waited about 45 minutes for my order. Had to flag someone down in order to ask about my meal to which it was already made! Not once did I hear my name nor my order number. Upon inspecting my meal, they cross contaminated my McGriddle with onions. I’m 100% sure onions don’t belong on a McGriddle. So I got a warm Sausage, Egg, Cheese, and Onion McGriddle for breakfast. Not a great way to start my day.

I went to this restaurant on 12/12/24 between 5&6 the young lady that took my order was very rude and looked like she didn't want to be there. If the Manager asks me what I recommend, my answer would be fire her immediately and hire someone without that funky attitude

This McDonald's needs Security. The employees have to walk to their cars late at night in a bad area. They often have to call police for vagrants in the rest rooms.
One of the better McDonald's in the area. They have improved and it's enjoyable.

Tonight I went with my partner, to buy 2 large Oreo frappe and what I received was two coffees, and they also gave me an empty one, I understand that it is Sunday and they are tired but they have to understand that one kills oneself in the sun to buy from you, and the service was the worst, a woman who was white spoke to me very rudely and like the other I asked her if the order was okay and to repeat it, and they only responded that yes, everything is fine. angry and with a bad tone and in the end I received my order wrong. I always liked to ask for my order but they gave me something that was not. More careful with who you hire, the customer service of Hispanics is better!!
