What is a Big Mac meal the bread was hard. Never in my life have I ever gotten a burger where the bread was hard like that. The french fries were not even crispy. Definitely not the worst but not the best.

For the love of God, salt your French Fries. McDonald’s fries are only good straight out of the fryer and I’m not trying to fumble around with salt packets doing what you should have done already. I know Micky D’s is going downhill but Christ, you should at least get this right.

The service was awful. I was in line thinking about what to order then a minute flu by and the lady on the speaker said "honey i don't have all day i don't have time for this please tell me your order". Then we just went to burger king across.

oh i am angry. i doordashed from this location an hour ago, at 2:15 am exactly, & ordered the two cheese burgers with extra cheese ($2.78 extra might i add.) extra ketchup & mustard. i also ordered the fries with extra salt & sweet tea. the tea was unsweet, THEY DIDNT PUT EXTRA CHEESE OR MUSTARD on my burgers, & instead of sprinkling extra salt they threw three salt packets on top of the fries that were 1/3 full. so i paid $22 for unsweet tea, 3 fries with unsanitary salt packets on top, & one sad slice of cheese, bread & ketchup. do not trifle with me at 3 am when i receive my meal again cause i am not happy with yall.

Don't like to write bad reviews but I have to give my feedback I ordered a quarter pounder and when I was almost finished with it I realized that it was undercooked and I found a piece of a rubber glove in it they replaced my burger but I gave it to someone else because I lost my appetite.

Bring back the double hamburger, since you clearly aren't listening in the drive thru when I say NO CHEESE ON MY DOUBLE BURGER. It makes no sense to not have that on the menu when other locations have it. Asked for a double hamburger and a large fry, I got a double cheeseburger and a medium fry. Get it right. EDIT: And then I went in to get what I actually ordered and they gave me the exact same size fries. What a joke.

Ordered a Ice cream Cone on the KioskAnd the cashier ( light-Skin Young lady) had a sassy attitude and told me reluctantly that they had no ice cream nor Cones..... Every time I think there's a measure of hope for a lot of the McDonalds that are in the hood.....most of the employees keep proving me wrong .....hire people with real customer service skills/teach them...SAD!!!!! ?

Picture this: I walk into the place, and the manager, on duty that fateful night of October 17, 2023, at 11:30 pm, is not just rude but downright hostile. Shouting as if I'm some freeloader, she decides to close the door on my face, and then the bombshell threat—threatening to call the cops, all for daring to inquire about my order.Now, here's the kicker: I whip out my phone, showing them the order details clear as day. You'd think that would be the end of it, right? Wrong. Instead, they hand me the wrong order, and the manager, upon realizing the mix-up, decides it's the perfect moment to unleash a torrent of racism.It's beyond frustrating—it's infuriatingly unjust. No one should be subjected to such treatment, especially based on their race. This incident is a stark reminder that there's still work to be done in tackling racism and promoting basic human decency.
