Ordered through door dash. Double quarter with bacon meal. Burger was not thoroughly cooked and mushy pink center. Had to throw it out. I cannot get answer on the phone.

Got charged 25¢ today for a CUP OF WATER. Crazy how they feel the need to nickel and dime you even more on top of an already 17 dollar meal for one. On top of that, the employee’s kids run around the lobby freely without supervision or discipline. Professionalism does not exist in today’s world anymore apparently. 3 stars, would be lower but they refunded me the egregiously priced water cup without complaint and the food came out quick and was hot. I know I shouldn’t be surprised, it is McDonald’s after all, but man, this is a new low.

Horrible front counter service. Will sit at the front. Watching employees and the manager both play on their phones. Laughing giggling the whole time never worried about making any money for the franchise. Because that's why they only hire a all female staff that don't speak a lick of english, do they can Lolligag on the clock. And if you don't speak to english then it seems like your money is better used at Publix next door. Where the employees don't value their phone time at work.

Looking at the photo, pretty sure there’s something missing here…. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and one had no burger meat. Not really sure how you can mess that up.
I love this location because they have playground inside that help me with my son in hot or raining days to be active and happy.

Yaniel is the best employee ever he deserves a huge raise and promotion. Me and my friends occasionally come to this mcdonalds and he remembers us every time and knows us by name. He is the sweetest most genuine fast food worker I’ve ever met I would give him the world
