Employees are so rude with absolutely no manners. I order a chicken sandwich, get home and I have a burger. I order fries and they fill them half way. The crispy chicken sandwich is so dry now. They are too lazy to go out to curbside so they hold up the line while they prep the food that is not ready. This location is 5 min from my house and I started driving out of my way to another location. It’s unfortunate.

My wife stopped by this McDonalds to grab some late dinner..I mean it’s McDonalds so I guess I shouldn’t expect customer service to be superb..especially this late. But ummm..we paid for something and did not get what we paid for. Ordered a large fry and the picture is what we received.

Waited for 20 minutes for my drive thru food at 8 in the morning… not sure how that is even possible since it was a mobile order and my food still was not ready when I finally got to the window. Will not go back to this location.

You should never be out of something unless all McDonald's are out of the same thing. This is a constant issue at this location... I would rather drive out of my way and go to another location. I’ve come here twice in a few days and both times the wait has been super long because they “have to take my order at the second window”. Idek why this happens but it wastes my break. This location needs to fix they’re stuff because it’s ridiculous.
8:30 pm and there is 10 cars in the drive through. Been stuck here for 15 minutes.
