Wish I could give a zero star, considering that’s the service I got. Did order on the self-kiosk. Figures, card payment is disabled. Stand at the counter for nearly 20 mins watching 1 lady run around giving out wrong orders, double orders and all the while, I still haven’t paid. I ended up walking out because if it takes 20 minutes to pay, I don’t want to wait an hour for the “food” they make.

Soooooo rude. Both worker and manager. Literally gave my kids meal 4 french fries.then checked the rest of my order and had another medium french fry was less than half full. My wife asked them and she said what you want now? Really is this how customer service is supposed to be? We are a frequent customer here and it took me a long time to finally be done with this mess of a restaurant but I'm finally there. Mcdonalds please understand workers like these bring your brand down. Won't be coming back. I will drive out if the way for better customer service. Or......go somewhere else!

I just wanted to share this review. I don't leave reviews very often. And 9 times out of 10 at a McDonald's or any fast food restaurant, I don't really give a 5 star. This McDonald's has the most phenomenal team I have ever dealt with at a McDonald's. They're the most kindest, most welcoming, most respectful and always on top of everything. I just wanna put that out there.They're managers, they're team.Members are just phenomenal.That is the best group that I have ever dealt with.At a mcdonald's

I just wanted to compliment Raquel. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. She has upbeat energy which makes me want to keep coming back just to see her. No matter how busy the store may be or how difficult the customers may be, she remains calm, humble and deals with the issues in a calm professional manner. She really is a superstar. Whenever this location finally remembers to put the $1 slice of cheese on my sandwich, I'll give 5 stars, but they forget every single time. Other than that, everyone seems nice and the food is still tasty and fresh.

Go here if you want to be treated less than human. Waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee, was ignored the entire time. Cars behind me were getting iced coffees and driving around me. Humiliated and ignored and never even got my coffee. Been coming here at least once a week for 3 years. Doubt ill come back.
Second time taking my kid to McDonalds (3yr old). She took one bit of tenders, nuggets, sandwich and wouldn't eat anymore. The employees were fighting or in a heated argument. Several ran into the parking lot and others were standing watching. Had three staff look through us while trying to order. Bread was kind of stale and soda tasted like water. Kid wouldn't eat it which is pretty crazy because she eats everything. Overall, not a great experience.

Got food around 8 pm ish on Sunday After visiting Bush Gardens manager was And staff in General weren’t friendly and after waiting 20 min to get our take out order Was wrong no ketchup on hamburgers Plus they did not right they had no condiments and napkins in the restaurant at All ! Location is kinda run down and dirty Definitely I have been to better location s like then ones near us in Charlotte County ….

Seriously, the service is terrible. I've been waiting for half an hour and they haven't just brought my order. This is the second time it's happened that the night shift is telling stories and doesn't serve customers. I'm already tired of waiting and my order. nothing, those who are in front of this McDonald's are not doing a good job because they only send an apology message but they do not fix anything
