Got food around 8 pm ish on Sunday After visiting Bush Gardens manager was And staff in General weren’t friendly and after waiting 20 min to get our take out order Was wrong no ketchup on hamburgers Plus they did not right they had no condiments and napkins in the restaurant at All ! Location is kinda run down and dirty Definitely I have been to better location s like then ones near us in Charlotte County ….

Seriously, the service is terrible. I've been waiting for half an hour and they haven't just brought my order. This is the second time it's happened that the night shift is telling stories and doesn't serve customers. I'm already tired of waiting and my order. nothing, those who are in front of this McDonald's are not doing a good job because they only send an apology message but they do not fix anything

I ordered on the app and it took forever to get my food. I had the food brought to my table and they gave me an empty cup. What kind of service is that? My Quarterpounder was mostly raw. Not medium rare but raw. Over priced garbage. I now remember why I stopped going there.

Let me tell you what. Last week I went to the McDonald’s in Zephyrhills and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with only ketchup and pickle in the drive through, got to work, and found a single patty with no cheese and no pickles, and the tiniest amount of ketchup. On top of that it was DRY. The one I ordered before that early last week in Zephyrhills had a similar outcome slathered with onions. Today, that experience was redeemed by Temple Terrace McDonalds. I got the most beautifully crafted, nasty juicy, delicious double quarter pounder I have ever had in my life. I had to take pictures of it multiple times, my hand was covered in juice and it made me think of my ex girlfriend so much I’m about to call her, no cap. Great atmosphere, they are actively decorating for the holidays and working as a team with happy banter and great teamwork and timing. Loved it here.

do people here not know a macchiato and iced coffee are different things? ordered a macchiato for curbside with extra everything and got an iced coffee. with extra nothing. $6 for a tiny iced coffee that tastes like gutter? never this location again.
