The front desk lady that did my order today (~7pm) was very rude. She didn’t have to be so rude when I misplaced the cash on the cashier table instead of her hand. . .make me want to visit another McDonald’s on my way back from work instead.

Why advertise 24 hours when for 2 nights in a row they’ve been closed at 3am till 4am. No other McDonald’s takes an hour to switch over to breakfast. This place needs to be investigated by management and corporate.

This McDonald’s certainly lived up to expectations. Decided to get something fast to eat there because of proximity to hospital. Rude, non existent customer service and disgusting food! This is the type of McDonalds one would expect to see on YouTube, on one of those police body cam videos. We were waited on by a pleasant young lady with a blonde wig all the way down to her waist and cheap, fake 4-5 inch claw finger nails. We were the only ones waiting to order. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, she finally finished her profanity laced conversation with another colleague and we ordered our garbage, I mean food. I’ve never had a quarter pounder literally fall apart after taking a bite. I took two bites of this thing and gave up on it. So, there you have it.

Always have an issue with Mc Donalds at this point I don’t ever want to go to one. For 1 sauce they wanted me to go back in line and order mind you Im already in the drive thru on top of that they wanted me to pay for 1 dang sauce that should come with my meal ! Here’s my money and I won’t come back! Is ridiculous!!! Manager needs to do better.

If i can give -0 i would horribleee costumer service every time i come here but sadly is the closest to me on my way home this lady at the window couldn’t see her name rude ask for my soda without ice to ill let her know in a nice way i even say sorry for no reason because im not the one that mess up the drink and she just roll her eyes i said thank you 3 TIMESSSSSS she just stay quiet with this mad face on her same thing ordering the food at the speaker NO GOOD MORNING NO YOURE WELCOME like they hate working in there this is everytime i come i call the store to let a manager know NO BODY ANSWER EITHER the food is alright but they need to work with theses employees costumer service is everything and is sad to see this or feel like as a costumer i an annoying to u when all i say was thank you and being nice

This was the worst experience I ordered for curbside pick up. They did not give me all of my fries I was literally missing all 3 for the meals.. plus the wraps provided had mold. And They do not answer the phone

Ordered a snack wrap with no lettuce, it had lettuce on it. Asked for a McChicken with no lettuce but add ketchup, only came with mayo. Only thing they did right was pour the right drink and put 4 nuggets in a box. Rude on the speaker, rough experience. I'd ask for a refund but I doubt they'd help.

My order has been stolen multiple times by people posing as DoorDash drivers. The staff is careless and lazy, not to add they’re rude at every drive thru interaction
