Why is it when I ask for a name of a manager no one knows their name I asked the employee and I don't get a name either letting the managers have a hissy fit over coffee then she wants to ignore me and what did you do with the straws wimpy wimpy straws and the hand dryers the only thing that it does is blow water on your pants and legs an shoes I think it was a bad design why do I have to push a star in order to post

Just did drive thru. Not much atmosphere to a McDonald's but it has the same quality as any McDonald's. My go to is an Egg McMuffin or Chicken Nuggets. Can't do much wrong to chicken and eggs! Fast. Friendly service at drive thru.
Forgot my 4pc kids meal with no boo bucket. ordered 2 fish filet sandwich and the fish was old and gross ,it looked like it was just thrown in the box McDonald's do better

Tried the chicken big Mac. Tasted just like the card board it was served in. Fries were ok till they cooled off and then they were inedible.
This McD's and the early morning staff were generously accommodating. My girl and I (minus the 'and I') messed up our mobile order when we (she) accidently ordered bacon instead of sausage on my Mcgriddle. I went in to explain the mistake, and even though it wasn't their fault, they still generously exchanged the sandwich for me. With not so much as a lick of the sausage pattie for the extra work we (she) caused them to do. Thanks again, McD's.

Ambient Outcry
Visited this Mcdonalds location after work. I deal with very hazardous materials so after ordering I promptly visited the restroom. No soap in mens (I’m a male) checked womens. Had soap. Was approached by a manager. I explained I needed soap. She told me not to use the womens restroom and ignored my request for soap in mens. She also accused me of not being a customer which was very unprofessional. Then another manager (Male) was very polite and offered to help save the reputation the other was butchering. But before offering soap he asked if I checked the stall and entry sink. I explained the entry was out… Someone was in the stall. Overall just give me soap and don’t interrogate me. I will not be back to this location. Send them back to Burger U to learn it again.

THE absolute worst of the worst mc donalds. They treated my spouse HORRIBLY in the drive thru. All we ordered was a happy meal with MILK for our not even 2 year old and they REFUSED to give the milk and said we had no option but the take the small COKE??? We ordered the milk for a reason. absolutely ridiculous behavior. do not waste your time or your money here !!!!

We've come on multiple occasions and our order was botched every single time. But the girl at the window absolutely refuses to fix it. In the other hand, EVERY other local McDonald's will prepare an order for a medium meal w a large drink.
