People need patience. Its fast food but a line longer then Disney. The picture shows they don't have time to not make it fresh. They are hard working give them the credit they deserve 👏. People want to complain but still come back and eat here because the food is always good. Give credit where credit is due. ✌️

Disappointed by Conditions and Service at This Location
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s location was unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
First, the front doors were locked during regular business hours, forcing customers to enter through the side as if the area were under lockdown. It gave the impression that crime is rampant, which is not only unsettling but also unfair to the community.
Once inside, I was shocked by the condition of the bathrooms—unsanitary doesn’t even begin to describe it. There was visible feces on the floor and toilet seats, and no staff seemed concerned or in a rush to clean it. It’s not just unhygienic—it’s a health hazard.
To make matters worse, the service at the register was almost nonexistent. Staff were either distracted, disengaged, or simply ignoring customers. I waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and even then, the interaction felt rushed and indifferent.
McDonald’s is known for consistency and accessibility, but this location fell far below basic standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements—for the sake of customers and the reputation of the brand.

I ran out of groceries and was starving around 1:30am today, so I went to this McDonald's (8/30). The woman who took my order was FANTASTIC and even offered me a free cookie because I upsizzed my meal to a large. And then the lady who gave me my drink was also so sweet. The last person I encountered was the manager who was also so polite when handing me my food. Thank you to these workers for having a great attitude especially that late at night!

Best McDonald's around I go here about everyday for about 2 years my order is 98% accurate out of that 2 years I'd say you can't get that at any other McDonald's. Great staff too.

I stopped by with a group of about 20 kids at 11:00 at night. We didn't warn the restaurant. They weee already moderately busy at the D/T The orders took a little longer than normal but we just hit them with 15-20 orders some simple and some not so much. And then there were the after orders; can I get a xtra BBQ sauce, salt, do you have a key to the restrooms......etc. We definitely invaded their routine. And there were others besides us there as well, not to mention the drive-through and door dash, uber eats , etc never stopped.
They say that the true test be of character is when the abnormal comes. Yea our youth grip is abnormal (at least in my eyes), but this McTeam responded like clockwork. Everyone was at their stations, not sloppily throwing together the meals, but methodically and strategically performing!

The young lady at the front counter sounded aggravated with me because I gave her a code from the app and she did not know what the code was for. Instead of giving me the six piece nugget that I ordered, they gave me the box a cayman with a bunch of tartar sauce inside. I should have asked for my receipt. Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Breakfast sandwich was cold on receiving it. I was standing there, they brought my meal, but didn’t say the number and I had to come ask “is that #664?” to get it. You had one job! 😫

The sausage was not cooked all the way. Also, the hasbrown was grease soked like they just left it in the grease, which made me sick wrote a complaint and still nothing as been done where I work the kids go there almost everyday so we spend a lot of money here for really bad service and nasty food

everytime I go to this McDonald's the food is trash. they never get the order right. I ordered extra pickles, they gave me absolutely no pickles instead. the fries taste like they're from yesterday. I understand it's McDonald's and I'm never expecting gourmet, but like seriously. the McDonalds on Busch is worth going to instead
