Don't eat here. Opposite gender employees like to go into the mens bathroom together for 15 minutes. They left 5 minutes apart in order to not be noticed. I don't want to eat food from people who violate the rules of HR. Even wilder that they won't hire anyone with actual ethic and experience, but would rather hire ppl who flirt on the shift then spend time in the mens bathroom before doing their job.

Health department needs to be called in my opinion. Bearded dragons allowed in the store, on the tables. Took over 40 mins to get 3 sandwiches, 1 fry, 1 nugget and 2 drinks. 6 other people who ordered came back during that time saying they had missing items. Oh and the gentleman infront of us paid our bill and we paid his bill. SO unorganized! The other people waiting in line were very kind and patient and nice to talk with during the VERY long wait. We all wished each other good luck in getting the correct food or food in general.

God forbid someone goes to the bathroom and takes a little time to go. Was in there for maybe 10 or 11 minutes and someone comes knocking on the door saying I've been in there too long. If your that concerned about someone being the bathroom over your dinner rush. Now if was 30 minutes in there I could understand maybe but it wasn't even that long.

Ordered the snack wrap meal, place was not busy and drive thru was empty, they told me to pull around the corner to a spot and for got about me for 15 minutes. Had to go back through to get my food

One drive through speaker has been broken for about a month. Staff is routinely rude or just dosent speak, and this was my double cheeseburger today exaxtly how it was served.
If I can give this negative 5 stars, I will!! All machines for placing order. Staff horribly unfriendly and screwed up orders that are on this fancy computer system!!!
No napkins, ketchup, sugar unless you stand at the empty front counter for at least 5 minutes, hoping to catch staff coming out of their hiding places.
Bathrooms at 10am are in complete disarray. TP dispensers are broken. Paper on floor everywhere.

Used to go to this McDonalds quite often, one too many horrible experiences so I stopped.. I decided to give it another chance and it felt like deja vu all over again.. At the drive thru I ordered a triple cheese PLAIN.. Get the order and the burger wasn't plain.. I let her know, gave her the sandwich back and she tells me to pull up.. Waited for a while, I decided to go inside to see what's going on.. I asked the guy, he gave me my sandwich and I said appreciate you.. He gave me no acknowledgement.. I have no idea what's going on with this establishment but that's not customer service.. I will definitely never come back here again

Horrible service, no one attending the counter, my order and everyone's order getting messed up or missing items. No condiments available. Every table dirty. Bathrooms dirty and not stocked. Trash cans full. The place is a wreck and obviously not suitably managed. Avoid this store AT ALL COST.
