McDonald's on East Busch boulevard across from Busch garden is charging $4.69 for a medium vanilla shake. When questioned, worker said you pay more because McDonald's is across from Busch gardens. I can get cheaper on Fowler where she actually works. Real attitude. Need customer service training. She was real rude

Worse McDonald’s in Tampa just a bunch of people who don’t know what they are doing everytime I come here it takes 10 to 15 minutes for them to make one Mc double bundle even if I’m the only person in drive thru then the order is always wrong and you have to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it this place n Is in dire need of some new management you would think after so many people complaining about terrible service they would start fixing it after months but as long as they make money they don’t care and performance it should take 2-3 minutes for most orders ik because I used to work at McDonald’s I should’ve be waiting 10 minutes for nuggets a burger and fries every single time I come here

There are only kiosks to order from and no interaction with the staff. There are no drink refill stations and all forks, straws, napkins, etc are in the employee area. Trying to get a refill or other items takes getting the attention of the staff and they DO NOT want to pay attention. The dining room area is filthy. They did get the order correct.
If this is the new direction that McDonald's is going, I'll find a new breakfast place.

Drive thru is ridiculous. Spent 29mins in drive thru waiting on my food. They repeatedly mess up orders. Have an very nonchalant attitude when it comes to getting the customers in & out. This is NOT fast food. The wait for food here is that of a sit down restaurant. & going inside doesn't do any better.

One of the young ladies there as well as the manager (she had different attire so I assume she's the manager) provided exceptional service on 9/1/25 to me and my family. Since everything is on the kiosk it's harder to do things when you have coupons but Ty was very hasty with getting our orders and handled it greatly. Kudos to her and the others in the kitchen for getting it done! - very nice interior, staff was friendly, and the food was not at all pricey since a coupon was used

The manager on this night 9/2/25 at 10;48 is very disrespectful and not wanting listen to any concerns expecislly when a order was wrong she shut the window on me as o was talking and then I called the store and she answered and she stated she’s the manager when I told her it was my nice to do that she said oh ok then she accused me of eating the food and said well it looks like you already ate it however I returned the bag with all the food in it she continued arguing with me on the phone and then hung the phone up on me she is not a very pleasant young lady and she needs to be educated on customer service .

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve experienced in the Tampa Bay area. The restaurant is extremely disorganized, with no communication on order status, and the customer service is dismissive at best. They appear to be severely understaffed, resulting in long delays—I waited more than 40 minutes for a simple order. On top of that, the dining area was dirty and poorly maintained. This location clearly lacks proper management and standards. I will not be returning.
