Told 10+ of us to leave because the system was down. HORRIBLE attitudes. Would have some understanding if they weren't rude again, it was the second time in a month we had to come to this location because of where we were in the area. We know not to stop at this location ever again. Can corporate read reviews and do something?! You can tell this location has problems, just visit it.

One of the top 10 worse MCDS in florida. Attitude problem here. I just came here to order and stood there for 10 min and ask someone to take my order then the lady with red hair replied " cash register is down were only using the cashier only Kiosk"

This is probably my 3rd time coming here after the remodeling and ever time they give me the wrong stuff and they don’t know what they are doing
Not the first time, but it has been getting more frequent, their ordering system was down so they could not take orders. Ever since Casper sold off their franchises, all of the local McDonalds seem to have declined.
Edit: another breakfast with an apology that their system was not working

5.45 minus 5.38 is 7 cents, not 2 cents. Also, forgot my dipping sauce entirely. Took almost 4 min to get me a packet of ketchup. Has anyone ever thought about keeping it right there, AT the drive up window ? Just a thought.
