This place sucks. Stale old fries, chicken wrap wasn’t what I ordered and it tastes like it had been fried 5 times. Also had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot for this garbage.

I’m not sure if anyone in this store was trained properly . If they were they need a new trainer or new trainING. Maybe they can get Ronald or Grimace to do it. ANYBODY AT THIS POINT

I agree with the 1 star reviews this McDonald’s need to be shut down.

There’s no quality control, even at the window there’s no communication I was handed the wrong order twice, had to wait because they handed my order to someone else.

When they finally remade my order, I got medium fries that were old and soggy (half filled), a burnt chicken patty and no sauce or anything else in the chicken deluxe sandwich I ordered. (Maybe I got a different order 🤷🏽‍♂️)

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and every time the staff aren’t taking things serious and my order is always messed up and quality control is hideous.

I don’t normally make reviews unless it warranted but after wasting my money here I encourage everyone else to go spend your money somewhere else.

The Ladies Lady

Ms Jen is always holding the fort down. I work a late night industry job and I find myself coming to this location for a small snack or meal. She deserves credit for holding it down, dealing with abrasive customers, and still taking the time to be personable despite drive thru crunch times. It bewilders me that the higher up’s don’t asses her performance properly and not her personal life. She always takes care of everyone in the most timely manner she can possibly do while leading the rest of the crew here. Corporate choosing to not promote her is a lame choice and a choice that will see the future of this location shut down. I hope they consider…

This McDonald needs to be shutdown they have a lot of underage staff including management that think everything is a joke not taking services seriously it doesn’t make any sense that over 5 people had to be issued a refund because of the lack of service I highly don’t recommend this location.

I came through drive thru with my kids and nobody said nothing for like five minutes so I spoke hello two times and finally someone said hold on then said we are closed through drive thru ,and you have to come in…came in and stood by counter for ten minutes and no one never came to get our orders so we left

Had a mobile pick up order, went through the drive through, wasn’t ready which is fine so we were directed to a drive through waiting parking spot which someone else was already parked in. So we had to parked next to them. Every time an employee came out, they confirmed the name for the order as they approached us 3-4 times and left us disappointed when they did not have our order. 35 minutes elapsed and my wife and I were over it and went through the drive through to ask for a refund. Once we got to the window an employee got a manager to speak with us/to process the refund. The manger did not apologize once and kept saying she didn’t even see our order. We then showed her proof on the app of the order with the receipt of sale and the order number. She then stated “we maybe gave your order to someone else.” And after that statement didn’t attempt to resolve the issue…. She just made it seem like it’s our fault someone else was given our order.. overall very bad experience.

I had a mobile order and waited in line 20min only for no one to even know what my order was. And it was wrong. No urgency from employees and their attitudes are horrible you can see they lack leadership. This is the 3rd time this has happened makes no sense last time I will order at this location.
