I placed an order and never received my food, yet this location refused to cancel or refund the charge. No food, no solution, no accountability. Customer service was dismissive and completely unhelpful.
Being charged for an order that was never provided is unacceptable. If you’re missing staff, overwhelmed, or disorganized, that’s not the customer’s problem. What is your responsibility is not charging people for food they never receive.

Typically when you come to McDonald's you expect a well rounded area, not in this case because the workers were all standing in one spot on they're phones the floor was wet the fries were raw and the burger patty was pink

Wrnt there at 5 whwn food should have been fresh and hot. Paid for large fry and it was half full, over cooked and cold. Burger was cold and had onions when asked for no onions. Large drink is size of medium nowadays. They had a rushed rude attitude

They are very irresponsible. Today they were closed from 5 to 8 pm, but they continued to receive online orders and when I arrived to withdraw they simply ignored me and in the end I lost my money because they did not refund it or give me the product. If they had an event and they were closed, they should also close the online orders so that this would not happen 😡
I mobile ordered, they did not respond to the drive through, I saw one peek a corner to look outside the. Didn’t see em again…I’m out of my money .. Got here at 11:40 on Dec 8 2025 and they hid behind the counter and didn’t answer the drive through … what’s going on they close at 12? It’s a trend lately. Who’s managing? 🤣

Came in this morning a little after 7:00 a.m. with no line so I was expecting quick service. I did a mobile order ahead of time for a iced coffee and was asked to pull to the side to wait for my iced coffee so they can look better on there service sheet which I always found weird as they're literally just getting me out of the way and then deal with me later.
Got my coffee 3 minutes later and it wasn't even iced, just lukewarm coffee in a cup
