I continually have issues with this location. Hoping it is a one off or a bad day. The order is never correct, always missing items. Today, i was missing over half my order, over 40 chicken nuggets, 2 fries, all of the barbecue sauce and the chocolate milk for a kids meal.

The teenagers that loiter sit here in groups and fight holler and have foul language they should do they 18-21 and up or accompanied with an adult because what happening here is ridiculous or just shut this place down

I ordered a coffee and had to wait quite a while before my order was noticed. Then I was given the wrong cup size and a different coffee than I ordered. After some more waiting, they did bring it out, but the cup was still not filled properly, even though I ordered a large.
In the end, it took about fifteen minutes to get a coffee, and I received a messy cup with coffee that was barely warm. Please pay more attention to coffee preparation—it shouldn’t be this complicated.
This is the second time I’ve stopped by. At least this time I received my drink; last time the machine was broken, but at least they informed me about that after about ten minutes.
I hope this location improves its service.

Check your drinks and food cause if there’s rubber and stuff in it and you try to tell them all they’re gonna do is call the cops and have you trespass cause they don’t wanna deal with it. The customer service here sucks. The manager said stop wasting his time and had me trespass when I found a piece of rubber in my drink

I haven’t been to a McDonalds in over a year but I need something and nobody else was open. I stopped by here early morning at around 5:20 AM on Thursday and had the best experience with the most friendly staff. They were super quick getting me my food but most importantly they were remarkably kind.

Do not order breakfast here unless you want food that been eaten. At least the manager was honest when I ask if would you eat this cuz that unacceptable ordering breakfast coming home to this.
This is by far my favorite McDonald’s. I’ve been coming here for seven years because I live around the corner and they are always friendly. The food is always hot and fresh and always on point.

This McDonald’s is painfully slow and inept. The employees do not want to be there. They have no customer service abilities. They screw up orders. They close early. The hours of operation are incorrect. I hope it’s forced to shutter its doors. Because you need to be on par with Chic-Fil-A.

Went to exchange a Toy my child already had & they refused to exchange it claiming “it’s policy” because it was open ? How would I know what it was if it wasn’t opened ? Her customer service skills are sub par , went down the street to a different McDonald’s & had it exchanged .

They stopped blending the McFlurry’s. When I worked at McDonald’s we loved making them. These teenagers nowadays think it’s too much work to ensure quality food. They always make an excuse, it used to be the ice cream machine down but now all of a sudden the blender stopped working 🥲🥲
