Never have I been to a place where the workers are so hostile and rude. The lady up front is terribly rude and unhelpful every-time we go. We always choose to order at the kiosk to avoid as much interaction with the workers as possible, but they still somehow find a way to be disrespectful to us when we pick up our order (did I mention we always have to pick up our order that is supposed to be delivered to our table). Today is our last time ever going to this mcdonald’s, and I recommend the same for all of you. We placed our online order at 10:15 for some breakfast items. We arrived to the store at 10:25. We waited for our order and after about 5 minutes asked a worker about the status of our order. We were informed our order was cancelled by them. No further explanation or reasoning was given. I asked why they wouldn’t have told us, and they said the app should have notified us. I was very frustrated, as at this point breakfast had ended so we couldn’t reorder anything, and the lady talking to us was being very rude while we were being polite and just trying to understand what happened. After being berated by her, we both just walked out without ordering anything. We will never be going to this mcdonald’s again. It is very frustrating as my boyfriend and I are both managers in food service, and if any of our associates treated customers like the mcdonald’s workers treat us, they wouldn’t have a job. This mcdonald’s needs to tighten up.

It takes 40 minutes for them to make to hamburgers when in the end they were made incorrectly (multiple times)
Kid-friendliness: They dont trust a 13 year old boy to be honest about 10 piece chicken nuggets and are very rude to them

I don’t usually leave reviews but at this location i was greeted by Kaylen and I’ve never had such great service and been handled and spoken to so nicely at any McDonald’s location till now. The world needs more people who care about there work like he does. Thank you Kaylen!

ORDERED A LARGE ICE COFFEE WITH PUMPKIN. MENU STATES $1,59 ANY SIZE. when I finally made it to the window the young man told me no pumpkin and the posted price is incorrect and pri es have gone back to normal. He snapped ag me when I asked to speak with manager. He made me very uncomfortable, Suggested he honor posted price until Sign was corrected. I CANCELLED MY ORDER AT THE WINDOW AND LEFT. I was shorted 2 burgers 1 cheese one regular an a medium fry. We call machine I went to the restaurant I was told we never called he the only who answers phone so after being insulted I went home to called the store no one picked only the the machine...So when I am told I pick the phone every time and the only and I am the only does that is answer that disingenuous...The manager was rude and condescending.
This place is a hit or miss honestly. More times than not, I've got somebody else's food instead of mine or been told to pull up to the front of the building and wait for somebody to bring out my food. A lot of the times the cashiers are rude and seem uncaring and makes it not a pleasure doing business with them at all.
