Terrible customer service! No hello, thank you or anything. Emma, the manager… needs training.
It seems like we are in Hialeah. Staff talking loudly, music too loud too. It's a shame that one of the McDonalds that was left with a quiet atmosphere has been contaminated like this.

Spanish old lady is SO RUDE. She won’t let me take my order she keeps rushing and speaking in a tone that is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I felt rushed and I’m disbelief.. she should not be working here.

This is the worse McDonald's restaurant. I went through the drive through and got an order of fries. They couldn't find the order and because I wasn't given a copy of the receipt they acted like i was trying to steal fries. Went back a few weeks later to get a biscuit and the same Hispanic woman who speaks very bad English wears a jacket over her name tag. Attempted to get me to pull up to the next window without giving me a recipient. I was paying cash again and became suspicious. Asked to talk with a manager. The young woman who was the manager argued that the way the issue receipts was when they gave you the order. I've never heard of this practice. All rude people who move and talk lazy.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the bund has moho. I looked through the kitchen and saw a couple of employees handling the food with no gloves and texting on the phone.

Service is bad even for McDonald's standards. Fries are over salted and service is slow. If you're going to spend 12 dollars on a burger and fries, just go next door to Culver's. It will have better service and food

Was there this morning. First the gentleman comes on and asked if I was using my rewards number. When I said no and went to place the order he told me I’d have to wait. And wait. Finally, got to order. Ordered two McGriddle sandwiches. Asked for one bacon and one sausage. Asked for orange juice in lieu of coffee. Price showed and went to first window. He is looking for $.10 more than what was on the screen. It’s $.10 so just paid. Go to 2nd window and the gentleman hands me one sandwich and hash browns. Point out not my order. First guy comes up to this window to tell me that’s what I ordered. Good to know you know the customers better than they do. I point out I said one with sausage and one with bacon, he says no I only ordered one and hash browns. I never said the word hash browns not even when I said no I didn’t order that. They won’t fix it or anything. Does McDonalds not know how to train customer service? They are giving me food I didn’t even order but won’t fix it. Who pays over $10 for one sandwich and a small oj? Poor poor customer service that deserves a zero.
The overall service was great only thong the fries were not hot they were cold.

I ordered through the Mobile App using a deal for Chicken McNuggets. I was so happy to receive them Hot and with my Preselected Sauces (which is usually missed when going through a McDonald's Drive Thru). They had made a few too many McNugget's by mistake and also gave me them so they would be served fresh & hot, not thrown out or served stale and cold to a customer later. What a wonderful gesture!

Many times the potatoes and the food are cold. Especially the fish...full of that white cream that comes out of the bread...from so much they put in it.
There is none quality control. Cold meals, the Fish fillet full of a white cream in excess. French fries usually cold...not fresh.
I suggest a better administrative supervision.

Probably the worst location in Tampa. Don’t you dare try to go inside and order. Ordered at the kiosk. Stood there for 10 mins with no acknowledgment from the staff. Finally someone comes over, “whatchu order our screen ain’t working”. Told them, stood there another 10 mins. Nothing. 30 cars go through the drive thru. Old lady staff member wandering around doing nothing pretending I’m not there and haven’t been for 20 mins. Finally walked out empty handed. Waste of $12.

Currently running 2 for $5 for egg sausage McMuffin I was charged full price for the 2. Either the person working there doesn't know the promotion or they are ripping people off. Unfortunately I saw the sign in the window when I was leaving and didn't have time to go in and ask them about the current promotion and why I was charged full price. Buyer beware!!

The manager there was made my ENTIRE day!!!. After going to multiple McDonalds looking for a specific toy (Yes I know I’m a grown man) 😂😂 and getting eyes rolled at me and employees saying they have no time, the manager (I didn’t get her name) at THIS store took her time to happily help me and look for the it!!. And guess what, SHE FOUND IT!!!. Absolutely made my day and her smile & demeanor & just thoughtfulness made my entire day!!. 😊 GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!!.
