My family and I have frequented this McDonald's many times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I wanted to place this review about the service I recieved directly from the general manger herself today. I unfortunately didnt get her name but I wanted to highlight the grace and patience she showed me and my family in our time of need. On August 22nd Our only working vehicle unexpectedly broke down as we were leaving publix, but by the grace of God we were able to push it to the safety of the back of the McDonald's parking lot, thankfully out of the way of main traffic and business flow. The issue with my vehicle is a transmission failire and Im sure many of you know that is a very expensive repair job, money that not many average people these days have available at the drop of a hat. BUT the general manager was gracious enough to not have our vehicle towed away and allowed us some time to figure out the financials and logistics of getting our vehicle moved and fixed, despite the inconvenience to herself. To the general manager I hope God rewards you with greater favor, love and compassion than what you shared with us during our time of need, and to the owner's of this McDonalds, I pray God leads your hearts to show your General manager of this location the appreciation she deserves for the dedication she shows to the business and its clientele.
Edit: After speaking with another manager after our tow service was delayed I was told that the name of the G.M. I had spoke with was actually Qwuan/Kwan, I apologize if i misspelled it, i just wanted to make sure she got her due credit.

This is such a bad McDonald location, convinced with each time I come here unvoluntaruily to do Uber, ain't no other way around dealing with the terrible staff when clients are ordering Uber eats from there. Last interaction was ridiculous and after all employees and manager making a mistake in the order, even though I asked 3 times to make sure all items are in the order, they were not and I had to go out of my way for an hour and correct this so the child can get its happy meal. The attitude of the manager and employees was so bad, rolling their eyes at me and making it seems it is my fault, when it was all on their end. I DO NOT recommend to anybody to go to that location, they are terrible!

I get that you don’t serve lunch until 11 but if someone shows up 2 minutes before 11 the right thing would be to just go ahead and serve them lunch if that’s what they want. Or if they wait at the speakers box don’t be mad and skip over them after it’s 11 in spite. I had two screaming children in the car and I asked if they were severing lunch at 10:58am and was refused so I said ok I’ll wait. While my 2 year old is screaming that he’s hungry and my 2 month old starts screaming as well. I explained we had to be patient and wait until it was time and we did. When it was 11 I informed them I was ready for them to take my order. I was ignored. Another car came up at the other speaker and they proceeded to take their order before mine. First come first serve? I literally only ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal for my 2 year old and had to go through sooooo much head ache. Get better mc Donald’s you are in the business of serving customers. I mean heck Wendy’s serves BOTH lunch and breakfast at 10:30! Do better.

Absolutely horrible experience. The manager was all over the place not knowing what to do it seemed. Yelling at the younger employees. I had to wait 20min for a mcflurry. And everyone else had their orderes wrong and missing items.
On 6/28/25 at 2:15 PM, I was the only one in the drive through line. My order was a quarter pounder with cheese (no fries or drink). The young lady who took my order took 4 minutes to greet me. It took until 2:26 to get the food. A young man wearing a yellow vest apologized for the delay. He tried to expedite my order, but there are clearly some efficiency problems in the kitchen. When my burger came out, the box was all greasy. This McDonald's used to be stellar, but now it is below average. I hope they can turn it around.

Order two plain burger patties for my dogs, from the drive through l. They went out of their way to cover it with extra onions that they smashed into the patties. I feel like they must hate dogs as I went out of my way to explain that it must be plain so they could eat it.

Awful service. I ordered two plain patties for my dogs and they purposely mashed onions into one side of the pattie. Onions are DEADLY to dogs!!! Why would the people at this restaurant go out of their way to adulterate the patty so it will KILL MY DOGS!!! And they put the onions on the bottom side of the patty to try and hide it. Just cruel for no reason!!!!!
