Unbelievable!! Long story short, We make online order, my son goes pick it up. They give him the order, he checks, missing 4 sandwiches, he goes inside and tells them. They said “nope I’m sure I put it in”. He repeats no they aren’t in the bag. He gets the bags shows they are t in there and they still said I’m sure I put it in!! What?? Sounds like your accusing him of something!!? Are you serious?? It’s a back and forth, the manager comes and says make them , she still says I put ‘em in. He gets home and all 6 fries and nuggets are cold! Horrible service!

Went to drive through; paid cash $15+ for McRib, 10 nuggets and fries (no receipt given). Get to the pick up windows and they did not know what I ordered. Told them 3 times. When they gave me the bag I asked for a sauce and was told it would be 27cents (when did the nugget sauce not come with it for free). Got to my office and the order was wrong (chicken sandwich instead of mcrib) Really, how hard is it to get a 3 item order correct.

Absolute scam of a McDonalds, service was beyond terrible. I get prices are increasing but to charge extra for a coupe of sauces is absolutely ridiculous when they’re already up-charging for food. I’ve been to other McDonalds in the area and never had this happen. Staff is super unfriendly and put out if you ask for simple things like straw or napkins. Definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere, as this is absolutely terrible all around. I’d leave zero stars if I could.

I didn't get any food because I was having trouble with the McDonalds app, but the one lady that was super busy with helping to get orders together and run the register could not get it to work so I had to leave or miss my doctor appointment.

Super slowwwww and No napkins!!! Always bad service here and 7am had to use bathroom. OMG so dirty. Greasy floors. They don't clean anything!!! So disgusting!

Got a double fish fillet - the fish squares were barely stacked leading to two sides w fish sticking out. Never have good luck there… been six months since last stop. It seems like you would want to do better since your restaurants rated 1.5 I mean that’s ridiculous… All I got to say this restaurant sucks and it seems to have always sucked and I don’t think it’s gonna get any better. Stay away from this restaurant..

Anytime I have ordered any meal from this location the meal has been horrible. Regardless of time of day or amount of other people also being serviced the food has always been disappointing. Would not recommend this mcdonalds as the food is always cold or hard enough to break windows would rate lower if I could.

Edit: Ordered a meal on 08/08/24 @ 9:15PM as they have recently remodeled their facility within the year. Unfortunately the service is still one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a mcdonalds, the nightshift staff is lazy and very disrespectful to their customers. They refuse to provide what you order. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers which would normally be a simple request. The burgers have certainly been sitting for most of the day and tasted absolutely disgusting, I also only received 3 of the 4 burgers. I then came back around to explain that I am missing a burger. The cashier "Carlos" began arguing with me over the missing burger. I have never been to a restaurant that has provided such poor service and remained in business for aslong as this location has. I will not be returning to this location and will continue to recommend to anyone to go to another mcdonalds or culvers instead. This mcdonalds is ran poorly it's clear that management and their employees could care less what they are feeding their customers and I am almost certain that they do not follow any food regulations due to the meals I have received on either of these two visits. Another $20 meal in the trash, I'll be spending my money elsewhere from here on out.

These people hate dogs. They won’t even give you a pup cup in the drive-through oh, and on the inside it’s like a prison you can’t get a refill without them charging you.
