The black male manager is rude, disrespectful, and always playing with his phone. At this McDonald's I always get cold fries, my food is sloppy and undesirable. This McDonald's should understand satisfaction to the customer is important. Yesterday will be the last time I spend my hard earned money here again.

Numerous tables with vagrants sleeping during breakfast hours. Multiple tables utilized for extended periods of time also by vagrants. Management has no care. This location is still under renovations yet the dining room is open. Entrance doors are plywood. And while eating breakfast workers opened up the ceiling tile above me and had construction dust land on my food. No apologies. I personally will never visit this location again. Customer service is a thing of the past. As I had to wait 3 separate times for a straw, then ketchup, then a refill. Multiple customers just standing around waiting to be helped with no customer service representative at the front.

Since the remodeling of this location I have given them multiple chances.. the food is always either barely cooked or undercooked. They have clearly made the dining room for carry out purposes as there is no longer a drink machine or cashier available. You walk in and have to order from the kiosk and then have someone bring it to wherever you sit down. The staff has always been friendly but whether you order dine in or carry out the food is always marginally cooked.Avoid here for typical McDonald's taste and quality

Ordered and they got the order completely wrong. No mcnuggets, chicken sandwich instead of a burger.Went in to try and get them to fix it and manager tried to get me to "pay for the food I got for free since he couldn't take it back" then tried to tell me I had a $15 sandwich... a $15 MCDONALD'S sandwichHe then started yelling at his employees about salt then stormed off "for an emergency" and hid in the bathroom. Wish I got it on video, it was comically absurd

Well, a group of us tried to get food from this location this morning before heading to work and unfortunately we walked out very disturbed and upset since we’ve never had this issue here. When we first walked in there was a woman who was picking up mobile orders, but she was missing a hash brown, and as we stood there, they’re trying to find the order to make sure that she is correct which is fine, OK no problem. Still we stood there with nothing said to us…so I finally said something to the manager, who I’m assuming is the manager (in blue shirt), when he came to the register to double check everything for the mobile order and I said “hi good morning” but nothing, no response no nothing, which is very disturbing since he is the face of the company at this location.And it’s kind of upsetting as well since I just spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to remodel this location and then they have this guy that just lets people walk in and out without saying a word to them.We probably won’t come back to this location for a while.When there’s a business being ran, the best thing is PR and customer service . People just want to hear a friendly voice, and just want to be acknowledged. Instead of just being left in the unknown.Anyways, enough of my rant just thought I would voice my opinion
