My son and I cruised through the drive thru yesterday around 1:00. From the moment I reached the ordering kiosk until I drove away I was all smiles. The lady on the other end the mic was bubbly and kind. She was patient while I ordered and spoke with such sweet words. I pulled up to the window to pay and was greeted with an amazing smile from a wonderful woman with gorgeous fire red hair. I wanted her to know how much I enjoyed our interaction and let her know she made me and my son smile. She began to pour even more sweet words into me so I rolled down my son’s window so he could see first hand the smile on her face. Her laughter was contagious and i drove away in a much better mood. My son asked if we could come to this specific location more often. Thank you to whomever you were, you were a bright light for n a gloomy day!

Never again! I wanted to dine in. I ordered on the screen and wanted to pay in cash. I waited several minutes at the register. While several employees walked by me without a single word to me, as if I was invisible. I finally asked if someone would wait on me. I was told TO WAIT. After several more minutes of no one waiting on me, I left the store. I'll starve before I come back here ever again.

This McDonald's is better than the one on Waters no doubt. I did pay $15 for a single McDonaldland's meal. Nothing to complain about the place is clean, quiet since you came out fairly quick.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's on the planet. They can never get an order right. No matter how many times I go here I have never received everything I ordered. Its not that hard. You want 15 an hour then earn it by getting an order right.

This is my closest location so it’s the one I visit the most often. Very hit or miss, but mostly miss. The prices are higher than other nearby locations, the staff is either super nice or just plain rude and the food is almost always gross. They just raised their prices to $6.50 on the $5 meals (waters ave charges $6) so it’s no longer worth it at all.
They must be under new management because,.Everything was great today!! Keep up the great work!!😁

After a not good breakfast at the hotel, I placed my order for pickup and mentioned to a colleague that I would be stopping. He gave me his pickup code and at the drive through, I got his as well.
My order was mostly correct - Egg McMuffin meal with a hash brown and a small coffee. They did not include the ketchup packets that I requested on my order and did not put cream in my coffee. My colleague's order was correct except that they didn't give me his Doctor Pepper. That was Tuesday.
Thursday, I tried again but this time I went inside. This time, completely correct.
