This store might be privately owned so the $5 meal deal is $6 instead of $5 for the McDouble. Ridiculous
Other than that it was ok run of the mill, fries came out hot and fresh that was the only plus.

I used the app to order food. Got my code and was charged for the order. I pulled up to the speaker and was told the system was down. I explained I ordered through the app. I was told to come to the window. I proceeded to go to the window and was told I needed to wait 15 minutes for my order. I asked why and the crew member could only tell me that what was told to her. I explained that I was charged for my order already and showed her my bank account. I even showed her what my order was. I asked if they had nuggets? she said yes. I asked if they had chicken strips? she said yes. I asked what was the hold up if they had the product, and I had proof that I was charged why couldn’t I have my food. She went and asked now 2 managers and came back and said that they said I had to wait. Never one time did the manager come to the window and explain anything. I worked for McDonald’s for 7 years back in 1990 and this kind of service wasn’t tolerated. It’s a shame but when choosing a “quick service” restaurant, I guess I will not choose this location again.

The staff were on game and friendly! They checked on us during our meal and brought us anything we needed with no issue. Food was fresh and hot with nothing missing. For sure was a great experience.

i love mcdonalds, but unsure why they've adopted the era of zero human interaction, customer service & ambiance. the food was the usual. ordering on a kiosk only felt very AI, they only offered to-go options with NOBODY in the front.

This is one of those kiosk/very few human employees only McDonalds & you PAY more for it. For example, 6 piece nuggets were $4.18 at this location & over in Ybor were $3.64. Not cool.

Can't read. If you're gonna make snack wraps wrong, which are 5 things, only 4x when somebody doesn't want something on it, maybe don't put double checked for accuracy on it.

There are no counters or cashiers anymore. I was met with a row of kiosks. I have many opinions on the upselling techniques and the navigation of these kiosks which I will keep to myself.

The point is this: after you pay, you have to guess when your order is ready. Like which order is mine?? And
 save your questions (like “Where’s the ketchup?”) because there is no condiment counter or soda machines, not even a napkin dispenser. There’s no line of sight to any of the employees, they’re all hidden in the kitchen.

After you decide “never mind, I’ll just sit down and eat what we given to me”, that’s when I learned there isn’t a single clean table in this place”.

I don’t get McDonald’s craving very often, may 2-4 times a year. This was a difficult visit for me. Not at all what I had expected.

The Big Mac hit the spot which was the purpose because of my craving. Although it was a swing and a miss, I’ll be back again someday. I don’t spend much money at McDonald’s, but it’s going to be even less money after this experience at this location.

Oh, the remodel looked great. They had a good designer and layout.
