Extremely slow service. You can come here late at night and be asked to pull forward and wait 20 minutes for your food even when placing your order in advance. Then there are times when you've been waiting and others get served before you.

Even though they are open at 4:00 a.m. when I went in to order the manager just dismissed me and went back to the drive-thru. After waiting several minutes I asked another employee if she could take my order and she said the registers were down. I thought the manager should have told me instead of walking away from me. I was surprised that the manager had such poor customer service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was chain quality. The ice cream machine was actually working here. They are frequently inoperable at other McDonaldâs we have visited. Restaurant was relatively clean. Parking lot is relatively large. However, many of the spaces were reserved for food couriers. The drinks are not self service, but they did refills at the counter.

Hey you âfine, totally âcompetentââ people. GET THE FâN ORDER CORRECT WHEN IT IS REPEATED MULTIPLE TIMES! Also the person you had sitting at the first window misconfirmed the order even when I repeated it back again.
My food was good. My dad said that his double quarter pounder was too salty. They gave us extra food since they felt bad that they messed up the order

Is there a condiment shortage that Iâm aware of? Barely any ketchup or mustard on the burger, and when asked for ketchup packets was told they are in the bag. No ketchup in the bag.
