The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was chain quality. The ice cream machine was actually working here. They are frequently inoperable at other McDonaldâs we have visited. Restaurant was relatively clean. Parking lot is relatively large. However, many of the spaces were reserved for food couriers. The drinks are not self service, but they did refills at the counter.

Hey you âfine, totally âcompetentââ people. GET THE FâN ORDER CORRECT WHEN IT IS REPEATED MULTIPLE TIMES! Also the person you had sitting at the first window misconfirmed the order even when I repeated it back again.

The LG unsalted fry was delicious. I also ordered a sm. Strawberry shake w/whipped cream. Never again. Almost immediately after finishing it I barely made it home (which is only blocks away). I was hit with rolling pains in my stomach and nausea I made a bee line for the bath room.. I've been in here pretty much ever since I went around 9 pm and it's now 1am.. now I'm being told by a person s daughter that works there don't drink the shakes they brag that no one has ever cleaned the damn machine.. wish I'd known that a little sooner...

After a horrible experience at the Gandy/ Manhattan location on Saturday late night, I have visited your drive-thru twice. On both occasions, the service was extremely fast and extremely efficient. The four employees I have encountered have all been pleasant and helpful.
Tonight, as I was about to absent-mindedly drive away without the picante sauce I had asked for, a team member (petite brunette, hair in ponytail) rushed to the window and stopped me to give it to me. It's apparent she cares about her job...I very much appreciate her extra effort and professionalism...and the people who hired her.
It would be much more convenient for me to stop at the Gandy/Manhattan location after work...it's literally a mile from my office... but the extra ten minutes I have to travel to your store is time well-spent.
