Waited a looong time in drive through. Made everybody back up to a previous window in the Drive-Thru because they screwed up somebody's order up front. They gave our order to the car in front of us because they didn't check to see who's who. After 20+ minutes finally got the order of one meal.
Cut your profits by a tiny bit and hire some people that actually care about their job please. Or replace everything with a robot already.

This is the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever received. It took 3 hours to get my food and it was cold by the time I got it. The workers were rude and not helpful whatsoever. I really love McDonald’s but after this I will not be coming back and I will be telling all my friends not to come to this location. Slow, rude, inconvenient is the only way to describe the McDonald’s on Kennedy BLVD. I hope the management team can better the experience for their customers because this is ridiculous…. I am very disappointed and hope change is made soon.

Black light skinned lady literally went to the restroom and don’t even wash her hands! Utterly disgusting.
Inside the restaurant, I waited over 30 minutes for a 10-piece nugget and two McChickens. When I asked about my order after 20 minutes, the person in charge did not care and dismissed my order multiple times. The staff was rude and offered no explanation or apology. This was super disappointing and completely unacceptable service for such a simple order.

Terrible service now only worried about Uber eats and mobile orders if you are dining in or trying to order takeout good luck I guess technology is really taking over next you'll see robots to replace the workers way to make money McDonald's forget all about the people who spend it with you

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins no response, I said excuse me the dweeb kid goes I heard you the first time hold on. Then proceed to go up to the window for my food after 20 mins in line and tell me to wait in the parking spot. All while the store door is locked so customers can’t get out aswell as employees. Finally get my food after another 10 mins. Lady, who I believe was the manger seemed to be nice but besides that, terrible. Burger King it is for the future I suppose. Also ketchup was the only thing I asked for and did not even get the new McDonald’s sauce policy. Upset is an understatement. Wendy’s it is.

I payed 15 dollars for a meal that i only got half of. And they refused to give me the rest of my order and said i was lying. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Nobody was in line either so they were in no rush.
