I went to purchase a coffee, with cream, sugar and French vanilla flavor. The coffee tasted as if it had been sitting there for a few hours. It had a burnt taste that made me try and doctor it with more cream and sugar when I returned to work.

Rude and rachet like you owe them something and your paying their salary. The atmosphere would be considered okay because they're located in ybor City other than that the workers hell no. And I live on the other side of the interstate so that's my locall McDonald's, therefore I should know. And some of the ones that are too old to be working there need to learn how to be more kind. And I'm no better than anyone I can relate because I'm too old to be working the job that I'm at, but I'm not taking it out on others.

We ordered 4 meals and they didn’t want to give us free sauces for free they didn’t want to break a $5 bill and they said we couldn’t use card???? They were so unprofessional and I wish they cared more about their customers…. Never have I ran into a McDonalds where they acted so much about ONE SOUCE FOR EACH MEAL the lady was a 0/10 I hope they find better employees .
When you charge $3.21 for a large diet Coke, this is beyond unacceptable to receive. If it wouldn't be such a hassle to the employees, I would have asked for a refund. But what I can guarantee you is that I will never darken the doors of your establishment ever again. I love McDonald's, consistency is incredibly important to me. But if you lose that consistency and you raise prices, going to McDonald's makes no sense whatsoever.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s. I calmly placed my order, paid, and mentioned that I would be dining in. When my order was ready, they called me, handed me the bag, and unexpectedly said that the restaurant was closed, pointing to the door. As a result, I was forced to eat outside. The same thing happened to another customer who ordered after me. It’s very disappointing when customers are not informed in advance, but instead are simply sent outside with their food. I would like the staff to inform customers about closing times before taking orders and payment, not afterwards.

On 08/13/2025 I placed an order and it took more than 45 minutes to place it, 2 French fries, 2 chicken sandwiches. I was waiting for more than 45 minutes. The service was terrible, the food was cold, and the workers were arguing. I would never recommend this place again in my life.Si
