I always stop to get at least an unsweet iced tea at my local McDonalds at 2101 E 13th St in Tampa (Ybor City) and usually a cheeseburger for my Great Dane (btw- I noticed the burgers are smaller now, too). The staff is very nice and many know him by now. Anyway....I noticed this year (2025) that the tea tastes off. I thought maybe one time it was just made without enough water, but every time I order tea, it does not taste good or the same as it did in the past- (2024 and older). I assumed my store just got a different supplier. Then I started ordering tea around the state (Florida) while traveling for work, and it all tastes the same. Gross. I tried calling corporate, but their voicemail says they don't take suggestions from outside the company! WTH? So I sent them a message through the website, but based on their weird voice message, I doubt they will read it or take it into consideration. I'm hoping local reviews will get the message through. Please bring back the tea you used to serve. I know tariffs are affecting the price of imported goods like tea and coffee, but 50 cents or a buck more for great-tasting tea is worth it to me, especially when I am trying to cut back on soda. Thanks for listening.

Just about everything was broken (menus, 2 kiosks, ice cream machine (not allat surprising) and no one was at the (working) cash register. I asked for a frozen coke but of course that was also broken. At least I got a frozen blue raspberry that wasn't broken or terrible

This most be one of the worst McDonalds in all Tampa. After 10 pm the service is inefficient. It can take you up to 30 mins to get ur food
I never leave reviews for fast food places because I’m not expecting much to begin with, but… never in my life have I pulled up to a 24 hour location at 10pm to get no service in the drive thru, no service at the window, & no one on the phone… despite seeing multiple people inside. I get out of my car to knock on the door & one of the staff members tell me they are doing a shift change right now so no one is making food? I said that we placed an online order and already paid so what does he suggest? He said he would make the order. Then the maintenance guy comes to the window and says they have no cashiers so they can’t do anything…? I wonder what McDonald’s upper management would think about this. This is not even the first time we’ve experienced issues with them. Last time we are ever coming to this location.

Place is racist towards Hispanics. They wouldn't take our order but let 3 other cars in the other lane go. They were purposely ignoring us in the drive through. We finally switched lanes and they continued to ignore us. Tney finally took our order and were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Food was cold and was almost afraid to even try it bc of how they treated us.
