We placed a mobile order, and there was no one else in the mobile order area, not a single car in the drive thru, and the parking lot looked empty. It was a small order (under $15) and it took literally 30 minutes to come out. When it came out they forgot part of the order.

If zero Stars was an option this McDonald's would definitely receive zero Stars not only do they like shorting your food as in you not receiving all the food you ordered but the quality of the food is absolute garbage and the manager should really reevaluate the entire staff and the way they train their staff just sad

Crewmembers are rude, nasty, and don’t care to help anyone that needs help in this place. The place is dirty.
The experience is horrible here. Nobody even acknowledge me. I had to raise my voice so that somebody would acknowledge me and I had to wait like 15 minutes for a DoorDash meal to be ready. This place sucks.!

Terrible terrible service! Im sure they are well aware of how nasty they treat their customers. Out of the hand full of times I have been to this location I have yet to find a respectful employee who doesn’t holler at you to repeat your order. I have had to repeat myself three times with the girl at the intercom yelling “say that again,” “what is it that you want.” Its poor customer service for sure but they don’t care as long as the money keeps rolling in they won’t get slapped on the wrist. This place needs better customer service and less rachet!

Always a clean well-cared for Parking Lot, great Service at the Drive Thru with Hot Fresh Food and they NEVER skimp on the portions purchased (most notably the French Fries which most McDonald's in Tampa only fill halfway). I always use the Drive Thru at this location and order through the Mobile App so I can Customize my selections and it's easy in/out due to its location at MLK and 275. I always arrive home with hot food, napkins, the correct condiments and customized order requests. It's also open 24 hours. The employees are great and when I use my Birthday Coupons, they always wish me a wonderful Birthday.
