McDonald’s is awful already but this place is the most disgusting of them all. Kids wanted it so bad so I went there and got a chicken sandwich. It tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for 2 days. No meat on the inside that tasted like a brick. Eat here at your own will. Next time kid wants McDonald’s we will be going to Wendy’s because of this trash. Last time I ever step a foot in a McDonald’s. Actually didn’t even step a foot in because their lobby was closed. Absolute trash establishment

This store needs to train their people who prepares these meal. I order to be delivered the chicken deluxe you would think you’ll get a nice and fresh along with the drink. I got the drink flat. I got an extra crispy deluxe chicken in the fries. cold old, dry, no salt this store gets for me zero thumb down. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 please don’t order from the store for yourself to be delivered. You’re gonna be very disappointed first and the last time I ever ordered from store The manager or the assistant manager of the store they suck if they allow food like that to leave the facility to be delivered to customer who are paying good money for their food, It’s unbelievable that I’m reading the reviews that the store is getting how is it that the store is still open pictures of being uploaded how the photo of food is being handle what is wrong with you people that is disgusting that is not Profesional what kind of restaurant is this that’s bullshit.

Took a while to get our food. I was missing a sauce and Instead of them giving me another sauce, they decided not to give me the sauce I paid for until I went up and asked for it. And I prefer the old design better where they had the screen letting you know what order they were working on.

Normally the Fry's here are slightly stale but today they were perfect however the quarter pounder I ordered was absolutely undercooked and pinkish red mushy. It was flat out raw not even just undercooked my recommendation is if you order a burger break in half and look at the Patty

I pull up to the drive-through and am told that they can only do DoorDash or mobile order. So I asked, just to confirm, if I want to order food right now, I have to download the app to place my order and you will take it, but I can’t just give you my order right now at the speaker. … yup…
I asked why that was and she said because they were shortstaffed… There was absolutely nobody there at the restaurant.
Lucky for me there’s plenty of other fast food places on that street and I will not be going back there if they are really that lazy.
Employees stole my Grinch socks at this location. I contacted customer service and they say the store will call to make it right, but they never did. Reporting the theft to my credit card.

Honestly, this is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The fries taste awful because it seems like they never change the oil in the fryer; every time I go, it's the same. And don't even get me started on the service. I had to leave the drive-thru because the girl serving us clearly didn't want to be there. She was incredibly rude, which reflects very poorly on that McDonald's (the girl had short red hair and wore glasses)

Whoever owns and runs this McDonald's needs to revamp with a new team of employees FAST! Whenever I come to this McDonald's, I seriously have to question what's going on in this world and the state of humanity. The service is terrible here. The workers are rude and argumentative. They hire a bunch of kids to work in the evening. For some reason they always make you park your car and wait longer if you order from the drive-thru. I asked for extra barbecue sauce after ordering 3 nuggets and fries. The person at the window sarcastically gave me one.

Like most other folks have said, this is one of the worst food (much less fast food) experiences I’ve had the last two times I’ve been here (separated by a few months). First visit the food took forever, three out of the seven items we ordered were missing or wrong, the young woman at the window was super checked out and ignored her manager who was yelling at her and insulting her in front of us while we sat there.
Then there was today. Kids meal and a six piece chicken nuggets was all we ordered. One sauce was missing, one was wrong. The young woman (different one) who took our payment didn’t say one word to us as she casually put the scanner out of the window for us to tap. Not one word, didn’t even acknowledge us other than the tap to pay.
I know we’ve sunk low but mannnn this is something else.
