If I could rate this McDonalds service lower than one star. It would still not be low enough. The rudeness of the drive through staff has been consistent for every visit. I have been there multiple times (7-10) times and EVERY time I am greeted with rudeness and attitude. Oh yea and forget a milkshake past 7 PM the machine breaks once the clock hits 6:59. I am not a review writer but this was the straw that broke the camels back. I simply ask for a WcDonalds sauce because it appears to be the special and the window attendant responds “we don’t have that” and slams the window and walks away. Hopefully this finds its way to McDonalds corporate somehow.

First time there, the associates know how too treat there customers, awesome customers service. It's dinner being closed for renovation driving thru only the manager informed us and we not even from that area excellent communication skillsNice place too visit.Kid-friendliness: They have kids crayons ? ? too keep them busy.

Still the worst McDonald's ever , ordered a diet Coke no ice , got a coke no ice , next try got a diet Coke with ice , then asked to pull up to the waiting area , I guess because it takes too long to pour a diet Coke . Then I get the diet Coke, no ice , and no straw . While literally evening body at both windows are playing on their phones and sharing memes . Un. Be. Lievable .One of the worst McDonald's in town. Often not even open due to computer issues or staffing issues in the last few months .
We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes until we were acknowledged. We ended up leaving without ordering anything and went to another McDonald's.

Need to replace personnel. We were eating our food and the lady told us that we need to leave and finish our food in the car because they were closing in 10 minutes. Immediately another lady walk to the door and kept it open for us to leave. This was a very nasty and disrespectful attitude toward customers consuming your food. Also they didn’t put the apples inside happy meals.

Hot Caramel Macchiato was half full for the 2nd time & cold. Managet said that was way they came & did nothing to rectify it. They blamed me for it sitting there after I did a mobile TWO minutes prior!
