Service is absolutely terrible in the morning. Wait 5 minutes for someone to even take your order if they ever do then pull to window and wait another 3 or 4 minutes to get cold food and watered down orange juice and it has been this way multiple times. Will find somewhere else to spend my money.

The coffee at McD is usually ok. Not bad. This is the worst swill I've ever gotten from a McD. It is burnt, it's been sitting for hours. I ordered a Sausage McMuffin with egg, a hashbrown, coffee and an apple pie. 15 min later and I'm still waiting for the food. They gave me the coffee right away and it's awful . This is ridiculous.

The person who delivers the food is an extremely rude man!! He gave me some cold potatoes and when he asked me to change them he insulted me that he had given them to me hot. I have not received such treatment in any McDonald's. Horrible

I have visited this McDonald’s four separate occasions, each time fries were cold and hard, I have had to have my food remade twice because it was wrong. The employees and managers are very rude. Very unorganized and unprofessional. You would think with it being a newly rebuilt McDonald’s there wouldn’t be any issues with service and equipment. I placed a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes for my food to brought to me and still had to ask for straws, napkins and condiments that I requested when I placed the mobile order. The only reason I have continued to go there is because it’s a mile from my house. I make it a point to check everything before I leave and have them remake my items if they aren’t up to McDonald standards.

Worst experience at a McDonald's... I waited over 5min at the order window. Then people came to the other line and got served. There was only my and the other car waiting for orders and they had us pull over to the drive thru pick up... 15min later both me and the other car are still waiting. I regret spending my money becauseof the wait. The food was nice and fresh at least.

I walked in this morning to pick up and order. No one greeted us and I stood at the counter, where the manager stood in front of me took another employee’s order, ignored me and paid attention to another customer next to me who came in after me. Two more employees walked past me and ignored me as well. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes before I could get anyone to help me. The manager screamed and yelled at employees in the back in front of me. The manager was also rude to other customers right in front of me as well.

This particular McDonald is really ridiculous. I ordered two coffees, but they give me only one because they only charge me 1. I said I don't mind to pay for the another one, and the manager tells me to go around the line and pay for it again. This is unacceptable

They don’t keep their menu updated with their current deals and don’t honor the deals/pricing on their menu. The last thing I wanted to do this morning was go back and forth with anyone and either the girl working drive thru is new and didn’t know what she was doing or she didn’t know their menu wasn’t up to date but her and I ended up going back and forth about a deal I saw on the menu. Whether or not that’s a current deal, it should’ve been honored considering it was right there on the menu. The manager even came out and read the drive thru menu to see it. I shouldn’t have to worry about my food being spit on over an error in their end. This is the same McDonalds that isn’t supposed to close until 11pm but will lock their doors and shut drive thru down at 10:30pm. Don’t waste your time here.
