I came and ordered the McDonaldland Large meal. Upon arrival I was immediately thrown off by a loud Hello as opposed to a standard Welcome (Almost as if they spoke and I was not replying yet not what happened) Excited about the new nostalgia I proceeded to order as we all have one offs. Regrettably my food was cold to touch and even worse I never got the kit that should have come in this meal (Which is part of the whole reason to order it) I tried twice to call and the phone just rang and rang until it just disconnected leaving me this platform as my only course of being heard.

I purchased on the app and when i got there at 10:25 they said they couldn’t make my breakfast order and i would get a refund. I asked for a proof of refund and they could not provide it nor did i ever get a refund. Will never come back to this place. Lazy employees.

It OK. I like it. They seem do far pretty nice day shift, but reading comments on night shift is bad.. sorry fir thise experiencing that & hair in the burger. i havve had a bit crappy fries a few times, but not super bad & small sandwhich not hot, but its great ehen its fresh. my free sandwiichy card i was given they got my order wrong. i asked for a deluxe they gave me reg. it sas hot etc hungry etc do I didn't want to say anything. i wanted the delixe cuz pettice tomato probably made it taste better & fills you/(me)up more so i figure. oh well. i wish i could het another free one to & try get the oder right. i don't speak up cuz of embarrassment of my sitution too so I'm not always confident like almost felt stated to in mom ts in my life & coward to the bullies, narcasists, etc stronger bigger then me. id love to he wonder wiman superheroine, but I'm not like her in spirit only the love compassion side. So far only minor vomplaints of foid & not being loud enough clear that they dint hear or paying attention as they seem. to be, but its my fault i should have been louder normal voice sound level & made sure she heard deluxe. This teaches me to do better frim now on. i hope so. ik the way some things went today id get the wrong sandwhich. i gt cheaper at & $5.25 etc something like that, when i could have had the $6.00 something. almost $7. $6.50-$6.79 whatever. im still hungry now for sime reason empty feels like need amother of those big sanwiches or fries etc to fill me up the last little bit. also, idk if its gonna be like this always now or change but greezing cold in lobby. i think they fid it on purpose so you'd mot want to stay long or hang out, etc charging. like sll of a sudden cant be. Also on birthday, sorry, but dying of heat extreme outside & i spend plenty on app to get points up to the more $ or better big

EVERYONE was in their phones and completely ignoring guest The girl had her back turned to me as she handing me my drink Probably a corporate owned store and no one cares but I would stay away from this place after 2

This was our worst McDonald’s experience to date. We ordered well in advance via the app and it took forever to get our order. When we went inside to see why (we originally tried to pick up in the drive thru) the workers were all just standing around. Don’t bother.

The girl at the second window had absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. No eye contact when handing off food through drive thru. Nearly dropped the sauces on the ground. Was on her phone the entire time while handing food over. Food is cold, sweet tea is not sweet. Horrible smfh
