OMG! By far the nastiest place I have ever walked into! Went in to get a drink & use the bathroom, stood there 5 min while employees were too busy kickin it with each other. When they finally realized I was waiting it was not hi how can I help you... I got a "what can I get you". For the dining room being closed it was def NASTY & the bathroom looked like nobody had attended it in over a week! I took pics because it was unbelieveable! 2 cars each at the speakerboxes. 3 cars in line in front of such. Simple order, took 24 minutes to get, which included them neglecting my request for bbq and honey mustard sauces. I counted 3 cars pulling out and leaving, apparently tired of the wait. Got to the 1st window. Girl read back the wrong order, and got pissy when I said, "not by a long shot". I had a mobile app coupon and the drive thru cashier scanned it and then told me the coupon system wasn't up yet... she then proceeded to charge me the original amount. I told her I had a coupon... her response was but the system isn't up so I can't apply it. I just drove off
I don't understand how if they open at 6am and it was almost 7:30am the system isn't up. I've had this happen at other McDonald's where the system wasn't working and they figured it out.
