asked for a big mac no onion. still had onion on it. asked for tomatoes on a separate big mac and was given this?? seems like someone in the back was having a bad day. also part of the nuggets were uncooked and that’s just nasty, i can’t eat that. first and last time visiting this mcdonald’s. not to mention that the inside was dirty and i had a hard time finding a clean place to sit.

One of the worst McDonalds we've been to. waited 20 minutes for our order. Instead of a latte we just got hot milk, the girl at the checkout was incredibly rude. The toilets are closed. It's very sad to see what this company has become.

I usually stop in the am for coffee and a couple of egg McMuffins. The food quality is consistently good. Their decaf coffee tastes great but I'd usually not as hot as regular coffee.
Their drive through is slower than other McDonald's and on several occasions I have had to park and wait for my order, which is pretty standard.

the worst McDonald in tampa fl. drive thru service "MARIO" tall young men on december 6th, 2024, answered in the worst rude manner when a customer asked how many pieces of chicken nugget comes in a kid happy meal?- his answer was: -READ IT, IS ON THE BOARD- customer replied:- it cant been seen employee responded: Your issue ! on a ugly disrespectful frase this is not the first time that i heard complaints against customers from employees I encourage that manager do a better selection of employees that have close contact with customers. Definity, no preparation of customer services at all on this McDonalds.

Oder a 4pcs meal for my daughter with a McDouble and 1 chicken sandwich. When I get my order I’m missing the fries apple and drink . The 4 piece was put in with the burger and nothing els . When I told the person in the window they told me that I didn’t order that . He look at the manager . I told him sir I paid 11 dollars I’m Missing the rest of my daughter’s meals . Again they said no you didn’t pay for that and to have a nice day . I don’t care who is in charge in this district as a reginal / area manager but that is not how you operate . Specially when it comes to costumer service . Instead of focusing on what are they all doing today . They should focus on costumer service . Something that the area and main store manager should look in to .
