Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order didn’t hear me ask for a burger with my happy meal. When I get to the window she confirms my order without the hamburger. I add “and the hamburger” she acts like she didn’t hear me. I repeat myself two more times. She confirms it’s just the handburger and instead of letting me add the hamburger she tells me I have to go back around the drive thru.
Then I get to the window to pick up my order and the frozen drink I ordered is melted by the time it gets to me. Like it was sitting on the counter for hours.

asked for a big mac no onion. still had onion on it. asked for tomatoes on a separate big mac and was given this?? seems like someone in the back was having a bad day. also part of the nuggets were uncooked and that’s just nasty, i can’t eat that. first and last time visiting this mcdonald’s. not to mention that the inside was dirty and i had a hard time finding a clean place to sit.
One of the worst McDonalds we've been to. waited 20 minutes for our order. Instead of a latte we just got hot milk, the girl at the checkout was incredibly rude. The toilets are closed. It's very sad to see what this company has become.

I usually stop in the am for coffee and a couple of egg McMuffins. The food quality is consistently good. Their decaf coffee tastes great but I'd usually not as hot as regular coffee.
Their drive through is slower than other McDonald's and on several occasions I have had to park and wait for my order, which is pretty standard.

Ask for extra pickles only got 6 sub par pickles. Then for a bonus extra light sauce which was not even asked for. And this the second time in a weeks time that sauce was lacking or sub par.
