This is the first McDonald’s I’ve ever been to with the best customer service. Pedro Caballero was amazing from taking my order to walking me to my table, filling up my drink all of it was amazing. Pedro really made me feel like I was at a restaurant he would come up to even refill my drink and asked if I needed extra sauce. Would definitely recommend this place it was great. ASK FOR PEDRO

Not sure what change has happened recently though it seems like the night shift has gotten bad, the last three times I’ve gone they’ve messed up the order and most recently I heard of the employee state “it’s my Friday just give him the food, go go”. With no surprise the order was again wrong.You’re really rolling the dice when you go, either you have a good team or one who could care less.

I placed an order online, and it was pretty surprising. The order was correct, and the food was almost all fresh. The big mac and quarter were spot on. But the fries fell a bit short. As I think they put not so fresh fries in the bottom. And topped them off with fresh hot ones. But the order was correct and all in the bag!Parking: Easy to get in and out of.Wheelchair accessibility: All McDonald's have handicap accessible parking and entrance.

I normally don’t have anything bad to say about this McDonald’s. But today I couldn’t fathom the service that I received. I normally get a double cheeseburger no onions, no pickles because of the fact that I have really bad acid reflex when I receive my food and I got home I realized there was pickles and onions on my burger. I called the store and the guy said hey no worries, I’ll remake it for you . when I arrive there they wanted to check the app. I could not find my order for some reason on my app and it did not show on the receipt that I ordered it with no onions and pickles. The guy was not understanding and kind of brush me off and started dealing with other customers as if I was trying to get something for free . I always pay for everything. I’ve been a loyal customer as I live right down the street at the apartments nearby really unhappy that that was the kind of service I receive as a returning customer.
Lindsey was really nice and help she deserves a promotion and a raise!

On 03/13/2024 at 8:00 pm, the manager behaved with me with a very rude attitude because I asked for a crispy chicken that was missing from my order. They should take action with him because the public is not treated badly. According to him, his name is Carlos.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in our area. They always get the order wring and could care less. I just came from them and the stuffed all the food in the two boxes and cause it to break and the food spilled out.When i called the store to complain the Spanish guy who answered hung up on me.
