So they messed my order up, they don’t answer the phone. I have to drive back 15 minutes and the manager Cindy was extremely rude because the coffee that they made me was the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever drank. And then I get charged for iced coffee when I asked for a cup of ice to go with the coffee. Never will I go back Avoid this McDonald’s unless you wanna be treated as rude as you possibly can. I always check my order, but they were in such a hurry to move me through that I didn’t check it until I decided to eat at 15 minutes later. Like I said, unless you want issues from your food being wrong and the people treating you rudely, I definitely wouldn’t go back there. I’m not going back there.

The worst McDonald’s location in Tampa . Ordered coffee , was waiting for 25 min and received some sort of surges poisoned drink , cuz cashier was with an attitude!!! Left without a drink …. Employees ignores a cashier station and now welcoming any walk ins customers , ppl were waiting 20 min to place and order at the store !

Terrible service and the darkskin lady who was at the 2nd window had a attitude for no reason for not giving me what i paid for, if i pay for something i expect to get it not treated like im stealing and she said she not dealing with this argument but i never received my stuff “great”customer service 3 stars should be 1

The drive thru worker went to get the “manager” for assistance with our app and a deal that didn’t go through and she yelled “oh my GOD what do they want now” so loud, not caring who heard. Maybe her name was Tasha or something like that. I was going to go in depth with the issue and how we were treated but nothing more needs to be said than that. I’m completely shocked at the customer service or lack of here. McDonald’s should not even have a store open to have operating like this. It’s not worth the brand suffering at this point. You don’t need more stores, you need better service to stop ruining the experience for your customers who will no longer will want to visit no matter how fast and convenient it might be. Horrendous!

I stopped by tonight to get food for my family and this was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. A bunch of young people working playing loud music , young girl at the window handing out the bags was rapping cussing and singing. The whole store was rapping and very unprofessional. My fries and nuggets tasted like they were old and reheated in old oil.

Horrible service. The wait time is crazy and the stuff is rude and they keep telling we are getting your order. They have three windows and at each window they keep checking order and keep asking you to move to next window.

Never clean the frappe/smoothie container. Frappe always taste like a smoothie . & the fries never have salt!
