This restaurant was not ready for the incoming lunch rush. They are unorganized, with one car ahead of me and another before the lady kept coming up to us with the wrong order. Took them 20 minutes for the Big Mac combo, the nuggets combo and a chicken deluxe combo. Asked for 4 cookies, they only rung up 1. After making the correction, they only delivered 3 cookies. My kid was pissed ? and I almost had to tell the lady to get her stuff together. Don't go to this McDonald's if you're hungry.

So I ordered through the app my daughters wanted happy meals. I got them happy meals I got the Spicy chicken sandwich. So waited for about 5-6 minutes for some hot fries the happy meals and a chicken sandwich which was about 2-3 hours old by the looks and taste of it. I took one bite and I'm pretty grossed out.

The food was okay, and the staff was doing their best under the conditions and they were in, but there were literal drug addicts fighting in the parking lot who seemed to be homeless and living in the grassy area across the street. There was an old toothless lady trying to get us to roll down our window in order to sell her "merchandise". Very strange McDonald's.

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I had to. The restaurant was busy and I was in a rush. I was waiting for my food and Misha was so attentive, very nice, and she updated me with my order since she saw me waiting for some time. She also replaced my apple pie with ice cream because they ran out of them. She made sure I got all my food as soon as possible. She’s very hard working, quick and a great lady. I had a wonderful experience today even though the restaurant was busy. Thank you so much Misha <3

I just made it in town, I was super hungry and decided to get it. Because I love mcdonalds but my whole burger was pink , Im upset because now im going to bed hungry, because i dont feel like driving back, its just unacceptable.
I come here regularly after my gigs in ybor. Tonight on 3-21-24 was definitely a different experience. I wanted to order a couple double cheese burgers and a courter pounder with cheese, I was met with I am short staffed and I cannot make that order for you. Mind you it’s 2:45am and breakfast doesn’t start for at least an hour and a 1/2. When I questioned why you cannot complete my order I was met with we are short staffed and we don’t have the meat to make the burgers. I was then told I will not serve you tonight because you are being rude, which was not the case. At the end of the altercation McDonald’s crew member or manager stated I was being rude for expressing how being short staffed isn’t a reason to not serve meat because the grill was just cleaned. Now when I get to the window and still haven’t ordered any food, I have at least 3 employees talking to me not including back of house staff . How is that short staffed??????? Please make it make sense.Plus people standing outside UNPROFESSIONAL ?

Excellent customer service! Came in at 11:30am 3/7/24. Table service, great attitudes, great atmosphere! Better quality of food. This is definitely my favorite ?
Avoid this location at all cost, I'd give 0 if I could. Cashier could care less about listening to the customer and the order was completely wrong. I had to repeat myself multiple times and she still couldn't get the order right. Easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
