This particular location cannot even get a HOT cup of coffee right! (and the staff don’t seem to give a hoot)

This location has gone downhill severely in the last year. Orders are frequently wrong and the iced coffee either tastes like its only creamer or like it's old burnt leftover coffee. It even had coffee grounds in it recently.

I order a fish cooked fresh. They brought it out in less than a minute so I asked was this cooked fresh because it takes more than a minute. One employee says to the manager he said he wants it fresh. True but I was just asking a question. The manager is complaining from the back it was fresh and now we just wasting food. Small miss communication but I am also glad my food was fresh.

The restaurant is no longer set up for in store ordering. All the staff focus on the drive through and do not even come out to work the register. My meal took 12 minutes from ordering from the kiosk to my hand. The staff hide in the back to avoid interacting with the customers waiting for food.

Sign says 24hrs but everytime i come late at night they say it's cash only or card machine in drive thru not working. Which you can do the ordering from the front counter. Or we're closed because they're getting for the next shift.

Food was fresh hot and service was prompt. It's a really peaceful location and somewhere I really can get some work done charge my devices and eat a meal to get back at it. Thank u to the staff.

June 18th, 2025 update.
I really want to thank this McDonald's location for helping me keep my devices charged so I can effectively guide the COVID herd through the city. God bless this McDonald's location and thank u for the coffee.

Manager was helping another customer and was pretty much ignoring him because she was busy doing something on her phone. Never even out the phone down or looked directly at the customer. Asked him why he didn't use the app and he stated he has cash and she seemed visibly irritated. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Went to McDonald's drive-thru today. Took a half hour to get two cheeseburgers. They pulled me over and I'm waiting forever. Come out with two hard crusty ass cheeseburgers I complain and waiting another 20 minutes. They come back with two cheeseburgers that they must have stuck in. The microwave had like five pieces of cheese on it and mustard. No pickle, no onions, no ketchup. What the hell is wrong with McDonald's today

came in today just to get a medium fry cooked to order. i used my points They proceeded to tell me to go to the second window to wait. I waited for 10 minutes and I had to go inside just to get my food. I only ordered fries.

I was really excited when they remodeled the McDonald’s near our house—it looked great, and I had high hopes. Unfortunately, while the building got an upgrade, the overall experience has gone downhill.

My daughter and I eat here about every other week, but lately, the quality and service have been disappointing. I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after our recent visits, I felt something needed to be said.

We came here twice specifically to get the Elio Happy Meal toy, but both times we were given a Sonic toy instead. When I asked if they had a toy for kids under 3, the staff member told me no—only to turn around and ask someone else about it as I walked away. It felt like she just wanted to move me along rather than actually help.

To make matters worse, just minutes before that, I had to ask for my Big Mac to be remade because the bun was literally hard as a rock. I’m not someone who normally complains, especially about a place we visit regularly, but this level of service and quality just isn’t acceptable—especially from our neighborhood McDonald's

I just went thru the drive thru and got two oreo mcflurries and all it was just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of oreo topping. Whatever happen to it being mixed with the ice cream. I can see why this place has low reviews.

Some of the worst food I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a long time, and that says ALOT. Staff has got to see what they are serving people, obviously quality is not a concern.
