This was the best experience in a McDonald’s I’ve ever had, hands down. I don’t typically go to McDonald’s but I was trynna smash a 10 piece nuggy. The only place to order food is on kiosks, which threw me off. But other than that, the food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The food was brought to the table and then at the end we were asked if we wanted refills etc. Can’t believe I’m leaving a 5 star review for McDonald’s, but here we are.

Worst Mac Donald’s I’ve ever seen. Pulled up to the speaker, waited 5 minutes…crickets. Pulled to the cashier window, after a few minutes the lady tells me to pull forward to the next window. Wait at the next window…people are passing by the window completely ignoring me, as I watch them. After another 5 minutes a lady tells me I pulled up too soon from the speaker that I now need to wait. I don’t get it. What happened to saying “please wait a few minutes” on the speaker? The rudeness is unbelievable. This was tonight at midnight.

I waited 15 mins for my food in drive thru they told me to pull up 2nd window I waited and waited had to go back the first window tell them I order 10 mins ago and of course my food was cold ugh never will I go back

Ordered my food at 11:17am for curbside pick up. After waiting for twenty minutes the food finally showed up. We were missing one fry, one drink, we were given none of the BBQ sauce we asked for and had zero napkins. In addition to this, the fries tasted absolutely awful and we had to throw them away. What a terribly run establishment.

This place has the NICEST staff and the CLEANEST bathroom I've ever seen in a MacDonald's restaurant. I only gave them a FIVE because it's the highest I can give. I would've given them a TEN STAR.

I went to eat at this location and the service was very poor. I ordered table service, but the food was never brought to my table; I had to stand up and pick it up myself. Additionally, when I requested a Coca-Cola, it was never provided. The way customers are treated makes them feel uncomfortable and discourages them from asking for anything else. I hope this feedback is taken into account and that improvements are made.

40 minutes… it took 40 minutes not only to get our food but to be acknowledged while other cars were in and out fast. Horrible place and apparently just don’t know how to do their jobs

No one ever seems to work the drive thru. I usually end up driving away because no one is providing service. Tonight, I did the same but drove up to the drive thru window and saw a group employees standing around and chatting. Meanwhile, cars are lined up at the drive thru line waiting.

Worst customer service food is disgusting the nuggets are cold fries over cooked and hard rude customer service 2 ladys on drive through are the worst
