It took a long time to get are food 40 minutes and the bathroom was dirty pee on the toilet seat and no toilet paper and liquid on the floor aka pee

Monae Grooms and Jasmin are always the best part of my visit to this location. I have a choice on my commute, and this drive threw team stands out! These two individual in particular, with a kind word and/or a smile. I'm a truck driver and don't always have the best attitude 😒 on my early morning drive to take my son to school. However, my contact with them in that moment sometimes helps to give me that reset I need. I want to tell them and all your staff their thank you for being sunshine 🌞 in the morning for me! Keep up the good work 👏🏾.

I had the pleasure of being attended to by Jasmine D. She was incredibly sweet and professional, with a wonderfully bubbly attitude. I truly appreciated that she called me by name during my curbside pickup. Her kindness made my kids and me feel so welcome and brightened our evening. We hope to see her again soon. Always so dam slow. I ordered a mcripsy and they decided to be funny and just give me the bread. They always mess up my order here and they goof around 24/7 to the point where i waited an hour in the drive thru for some food just to get it cold. I went back in and waited another 30 minutes for some fresh food. its a hit or miss with this place. staff rude asf too.

Rude staff. Took 30 minutes to get our food. All the staff inside the kitchen do nothing.
The worst place ever

Took forever for my food! I ordered three drive-thru and was told to pull up to drive through number one and wait for it and after about 15 minutes I parked the car and went inside and still had to wait another 7 minutes to get my food. I'll never go back to this location.

Everything was correct last visit

Food was cold nuggets were soggy and cold and the bread was hard in general the food was served cold and old would not recommend

Asked for the new McCrispy Strips multiple times over the intercom. Got to the window, not on my order. Somehow had to pay more ended up with a sandwich. Thanks. Terrible experience.

ALWAYS a wait, always! They seem pretty disorganized and clueless. I never order anything special. Just a #7 and a coke. That's it. How hard can that be?

Took almost 20 minutes to get our drive thru breakdast order ... two coffees, two sandwiches, two hashbrowns ... not what I'd call fast food.

They really need to learn to take there time with people ordering in the drive thru, listen to what people are wanting to order, not miss out on half the things you speak, to serve all food items hot and fresh, not o be stingy with condiments,and not forget to put condiments you have on receipt. Literally gave me 2 mayo, 2 ketchup, 2 jelly, for 15 sandwiches and 8 hashbrowns, like wtf is 6 little packets for 23 food items SMFH!! All issues last 5 visits to this location. It just doesn’t seem they can get it right.

Ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese with 2 hash browns. Had to wait at drive through and received 2 ham egg and cheese with 2 hash browns. Not a difficult order. Will in the future hold up any line I’m in to verify my order is correct.
